"Follow your heart" "Just be yourself" "You're beautiful just the way you are". These are encouraging words, but they are not universal truths applicable to everyone, all the time. God requires change from all who call on His name, we cannot stay in the same place forever. Change will come, but is our faith ready to withstand it?

"The heart is deceitful above all things,
And desperately (sick) wicked;
Who can know it?
I, the Lord, search the heart,
I test the mind,
Even to give every man according to his ways,
According to the fruit of his doings." Jeremiah 17:9-10 (NKJV)

"There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death." Proverbs 14:12

When the Prophetic is confined to 1 Corinthians 14:3 it remains an incomplete/immature form of the prophetic. See Acts 16:16-24 and see that their are a vast number of prophetic spirits that perform different functions. Not all of them truly have your best interests in mind. Let's not accept just any generic word, but test the spirits. (1 John 4:1-6).

What does it mean to be "educated"? From Preschool to Post-Doctoral you simply become more brainwashed. This indoctrination tends to strengthen carnal desires and ambitions. ONE root to narcissistic over-evaluation of oneself (This is becoming a major obstacle to marriage, not uncommon).

Do you see many happily married in the uppermost echelons of society? I see many divorce papers being filed, much drama, and many prenuptial agreements. It's all about self up there. That's what Mammon does to an individual. You really can't serve God AND Mammon (Any false object(s) of worship).

When you move higher up in society, you began to see how corrupt social stratification really is. Many things go on behind the closed doors of "trusted" leadership and "trusted" organizations. 'Education' can make a smart person...stupid. You doubt?

God is Love.

The Lovey-Dovey gospel! Extra love edition, only love.

"Now Jesus was telling the disciples a parable to make the point that at all times they ought to pray and not give up and lose heart, saying, “In a certain city there was a judge who did not fear God and had no respect for man. There was a [desperate] widow in that city and she kept coming to him and saying, ‘Give me justice and legal protection from my adversary.’ For a time he would not; but later he said to himself, ‘Even though I do not fear God nor respect man, yet because this widow continues to bother me, I will give her justice and legal protection; otherwise by continually coming she [will be an intolerable annoyance and she] will wear me out.’” Then the Lord said, “Listen to what the unjust judge says! And will not [our just] God defend and avenge His elect [His chosen ones] who cry out to Him day and night? Will He delay [in providing justice] on their behalf? I tell you that He will defend and avenge them quickly. However, when the Son of Man comes, will He find [this kind of persistent] faith on the earth?” Luke 8:1-8

"Then He told them a parable, saying, “There was a rich man whose land was very fertile and productive. And he began thinking to himself, ‘What shall I do, since I have no place [large enough in which] to store my crops?’ Then he said, ‘This is what I will do: I will tear down my storehouses and build larger ones, and I will store all my grain and my goods there. And I will say to my soul, “Soul, you have many good things stored up, [enough] for many years; rest and relax, eat, drink and be merry (celebrate continually).”’ But God said to him, ‘You fool! This very night your soul is required of you; and now who will own all the things you have prepared?’ So it is for the one who continues to store up and hoard possessions for himself, and is not rich [in his relationship] toward God.” Luke 12:16-21

"There were present at that season some who told Him about the Galileans whose blood Pilate had mingled with their sacrifices. And Jesus answered and said to them, “Do you suppose that these Galileans were worse sinners than all other Galileans, because they suffered such things? I tell you, no; but unless you repent you will all likewise perish. Or those eighteen on whom the tower in Siloam fell and killed them, do you think that they were worse sinners than all other men who dwelt in Jerusalem? I tell you, no; but unless you repent you will all likewise perish.” Luke 13:1-5

Quick teaching on Repentance (without the feelings). Answering a few questions on why some individuals are guarded against pain, sickness, evil spirits and others...are not (without the feelings). Thankfully, there is no giant congregation or group of followers to appease, and I don't have a personal rep sheet to uphold! Thanks, Lord Jesus, for the Spirit of Truth that gives solid answers straight from your Word! :)

(Luke 4:16-30 a more detailed account of the rejection at Nazareth in Matthew 13:53-58, a bit less 'loving'. No apologies, I have a particular disdain for the perverted teachings of Scripture and intellectual laziness...

~1 Thessalonians 1:9

"Then Jesus traveled throughout the towns and villages, teaching as He made His way toward Jerusalem. “Lord,” someone asked Him, “will only a few people be saved?”

Jesus answered, “Make every effort to enter through the narrow door. For many, I tell you, will try to enter and will not be able. After the master of the house gets up and shuts the door, you will stand outside knocking and saying, ‘Lord, open the door for us.’

But he will reply, ‘I do not know where you are from.’

Then you will say, ‘We ate and drank with you, and you taught in our streets.’

And he will answer, ‘I tell you, I do not know where you are from. Depart from me, all you evildoers.’

There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth when you see Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and all the prophets in the kingdom of God, but you yourselves are thrown out. People will come from east and west and north and south, and will recline at the table in the kingdom of God. And indeed, some who are last will be first, and some who are first will be last.” Luke 13:22-30

Miracles, gifts of healing, tongues, helps, and administration are the LEAST of the spiritual gifts. 1 Corinthians 12:27-30. Why? Is it because signs are the only way to pique the carnal mind's interest for long enough to preach the Gospel?

"Believe Me that I am in the Father and the Father is in Me--or at LEAST believe BECAUSE of THE WORKS THEMSELVES." John 14:11

Maybe we don't understand how God sees and evaluates spiritual gifts in contrast to how man sees and evaluates them. No, many of us don't.

1 Corinthians 13 was never intended to overshadow, abolish, or supersede the preceding instruction to the Church of Corinth (who were actually pretty adept at the spiritual gifts, they were just falling away from the basic elementary teachings of Christ). It was a presentation presented in the hope that some of them might see and be reminded. Many of Paul's admonishments in the Spirit were addressing carnal desires and temptations brought about by the Church of Corinth's works of faith. They seemed to be taking it as a sign of God's favor, and started indulging in all kinds of wicked practices, rather liberally.

"Jesus said to him, “Have you believed because you have seen me? Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed.” John 20:29

How many of today's modern disciple's believed in God's power prior to all the spiritual manifestation? I'm willing to bet, the majority did not.

Now, it appears that all the spiritual manifestations have propelled certain supernatural ministries to knowingly start making millions off of false gospels, while appearing innocent and victimized. (That would be the wolves in sheep's clothing). They tend to prey (not pray) on those who fawn over supernatural manifestations, but 'can't' 'do' them on 'their own'. Not all, but most. I'm speaking as someone who walks in the supernatural, naturally. Not once do I think of it as a 'special' calling, but rather a conscious answering to the call that's been benevolently set before all people. I'm a 'believer' solely because I read the Word, believed it's infallibly true, and obeyed.

"Remember your leaders who spoke the word of God to you. Consider the outcome of their way of life and imitate their faith. Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.

Do not be CARRIED AWAY by ALL KINDS of STRANGE TEACHINGS, for it is good for the heart to be strengthened by grace and not by ceremonial foods, which are of no value to those devoted to them. We have an altar from which those who serve at the tabernacle have no right to eat.

Although the high priest brings the blood of animals into the Holy Place as a sacrifice for sin, the bodies are burned outside the camp. And that is why Jesus suffered outside the city gate, to sanctify the people by His own blood. Therefore let us go to Him outside the camp, bearing the disgrace He bore. For here we do not have a permanent city, but we are looking for the city that is to come." Hebrews 13:7-14

It's very easy to distort and take out of context Scripture's to support a false or incomplete doctrine. If I was unrepentant (and ignorant) and wanted to 'prove' to the unstudied that no one can, or should judge me, I would use this following passage written by Paul (in Spirit) to 'the called' Roman saints (Romans 1:1-7), in order to establish peaceful relations within the Ecclesia.

"You therefore have no excuse, you who pass judgment on another. For on whatever grounds you judge the other, you are condemning yourself, because you who pass judgment do the same things. And we know that God’s judgment against those who do such things is based on truth. So when you, O man, pass judgment on others, yet do the same things, do you think you will escape God’s judgment?" Romans 2:1-3

However if I was a more studied workman I would also know that it's entirely out of context. Let's finish the rest of THIS passage in Spirit and Truth.

"Or do you disregard the riches of His kindness, tolerance, and patience, not realizing that God’s kindness leads you to repentance? But because of your hard and unrepentant heart, you are storing up wrath against yourself for the day of wrath, when God’s righteous judgment will be revealed. God “will repay each one according to his deeds.” To those who by perseverance in doing good seek glory, honor, and immortality, He will give eternal life. But for those who are self-seeking and who reject the truth and follow wickedness, there will be wrath and anger.

There will be trouble and distress for every human being who does evil, first for the Jew, then for the Greek; but glory, honor, and peace for everyone who does good, first for the Jew, then for the Greek. For God does not show favoritism. All who sin apart from the Law will also perish apart from the Law, and all who sin under the Law will be judged by the Law. For it is not the hearers of the Law who are righteous before God, but it is the doers of the Law who will be declared righteous.

Indeed, when Gentiles, who do not have the Law, do by nature what the Law requires, they are a law to themselves, even though they do not have the Law, since they show that the work of the Law is written on their hearts, their consciences also bearing witness, and their thoughts either accusing or defending them. This will come to pass on that day when God will judge men’s secrets through Christ Jesus, as proclaimed by my gospel." Romans 2:4-16
