If I was to take out-of-context Scripture to 'prove' that Baptism and Obedience are not necessary for Salvation, and I can do whatever I please, under 'grace' I would use this passage:
"For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast." Ephesians 2:8-9
However finishing that little passage addressed to the Saints in Ephesus:
"For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them" Ephesians 2:10
If I was a bit more studious I would also know that Paul's letter to Ephesus was addressed to brethren on the same spiritual level as Paul and he talks to them as equals (in the Spirit) and they follow the faith (teachings) of Jesus Christ. There are also no specific concerns that need to be addressed and there is no need for a special introductory greeting in order to stroke their carnal ego so they will pay attention to His letter (like there was for Corinth, Galatia...etc Ephesians 1:1-2). Of one mind, the mind of Christ.
