Decent show last night. I was sorry to hear about Jessi's health problem, but in doing some checking to get an update, I learned that she apparently had an existing condition and didn't inform the producers. Sounds like she has a heart condition. Because she collapsed once early on in the competition, I'm guessing that unless her docs can be 100% sure she'll have no further problems, she's out.

Okay, here they are.

I echo your thoughts on Debbie Allen. She was a great and very supportive judge.

Dominic and Sabra were my favourite. Have I mentioned how much I love Sabra? Wow. I think that Dominic is great and I love his progress, but it makes me feel bad for Sabra that his dominant personality is overshadowing her her great dancing abilities. But the judges are working hard to make sure that she isn't overlooked too easily.

Cedric and Shauna (sigh). Shauna was excellent. She's another great dancer. While watching the performance, I could see all of Cedric's mistakes, and I started booing him because I thought that he should've been booted off the show a long time ago. But after the judges ripped into him, I felt bad for him. In a way, I think that the judges' harshness is what allowed them to get a bunch of sympathy votes that kept them out of the bottom 3.

Jesus and Sara - I was curious to see how their krump would turn out. They didn't do too bad (voters obviously disagreed). But it was really different. It seemed overly choreographed to me. Krump is more of a battle dance... kinda like how break dancing used to be. Their performance didn't have that hard-hitting threatening appeal to it... and I think that Nigel made note of that as well. I was hoping that they would've come out on stage in clown makeup in true krump fashion, and done more "Jesus vs Sara" type stuff.

Hok and Jaimie: This was another one of my favourite performances. One thing's for sure though... Wade Robson freaks me out. I think he smokes some kind of wierd drugs before he comes up with the choreography for some of the dances that he puts together. They're always so... eclectic.

All of the other performances bored me. :) Especially Pasha's... that was awkward.

I was surprised to see Jessi and Jesus get voted off. I always thought that Jessi was overrated, but I didn't think she deserved to go last night. And Jesus was one of my favourites, after Hok and Dominic.

I hope the judges know what they're doing.

I agree with RedGuard... I adore Sabra and Dominic. I also like Lacy and what's his name (Cameron?)... I just think they're a little... overrated by the Judges, possibly because of Benji (who I also adored).

I have been disappointed by who they have voted off. I appreciate Cedric's style, but he should have gone the first week. He's just not good with other styles. I was also heartbroken when Faina was kicked off. I think it was as premature as her brother being ousted last year... Stanislav was way better than Dimitri (though I think that Mary Murphy and D have a thing going now... so...).

Anyway, revisiting the past...

I think probably if I had to pick now top girl and guy... I'd say either Lacy or Sabra, and Danny.

I'm *thisclose* to dropping this show and just watching the finale. I don't have time for it anymore, and with as much as I've been disagreeing with the judges' decisions, my interest is waning.

i didn't see last week and haven't looked it up online to see who is gone....

Hoping that Lacey and Kam and Jaimie and Hok are still in the running...but with this show, sometimes, who knows?

I just very much enjoyed last night's show.

Wow, Danny and that leap! :swoon: He was so very classy in his dance....looked wonderful and elegant.

I understood the judges, but at this point, the talent is just so wonderful and varied. I'm enjoying all the numbers. Afterall, how often to we get to see great dance on t.v. these days?

Now if only the director would take a hint from the old movies and actually STAY on the dancers...AND let us see them full-length all the time.... :swoon: :sigh: ^_^

Then my dreams would come true!

 I was disppointed in seeing Anya (sp?) go. Nigel said that it was not unanimous meaning that Mary probably fought for her. She is a superb dancer and as much as I like Lauren, I felt it was her time to go. As far as Hok goes, I agree with that decision. I love what he does best but he never really caught on to some of the ballroom styles. I think he'll have some opportunities waiting for him somewhere.

Still loving this show....

Interesting tonight to see them all do the same dance. At first I didn't care for the dance....AT ALL. But that was ONLY after the first dancer.

Our timing was somehow off on our vcr...did the show go longer than 1 hour? Soooo, somehow we didn't get to see Lacey or Danny do the solo....I would have enjoyed them both!

These dancers are all doing such a good job. Yeah, Sabre is great, I willl agree with you there, Red. But I dont' know who ultimately I hope wins. There's so much I enjoy about all those who are left now.

I could watch Sabra dance for hours. She's incredible. I think she might be an angel!

Red, looks like you're an angel, even if Sabre's not! :holy: Yeah, she is very beautiful and graceful!

Anyone besides me think the opening ensemble dance was a "Mia" one? Maybe they said who did it, but I missed that if they did.
