That may have helped my stress level some when it was at its worse.
Leaving work also has heped my stress level go down a LOT.
That was what the doctor was hoping for.

You'd probably love my movie collection then! I think I now have enough to play them 24/7 for a year! (Of course moving them for the fourth time in little more than a year is a drag! I do have a little bit more trouble sleeping when I have soda.
The other day/night when we rolled the crazy thread I had had soda.
I did not sleep all day yesterday.
Have been catching up thru naps today.
When I am AWAKE I watch a lot of tv especially movies.
And come online either to CF and/or PowerPets.
I also have a couple of blogspot Blogs.
