CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Time to level out some anxiety and stress in my life so take care for the up-teen billionth time kiddos. No it is not the sight that is the problem. It is the topic that is the issue and things about me, so take care everyone.
To everyone I have angered, argued with, thanks for the discourse regardless. To everyone that considered me a friend on the board, thanks. To everyone else, thanks. To staff, thanks for putting up with the likes of me. The years have been interesting here to say the least, and it was fun modding for the time I did. Cheers!

hi! I'm not really a newbie, but it has been over a year since I've been involved on the site. Life's just been really crazy lately. I'm a seminary student and I'm working 2 jobs. Not a whole lot of time. lol
