Blue Jell-o is berry flavored.
Yuck to the blue Jell-o and lox.

Maid- Rites aren't quite sloppy- joes. They have some mix of liquid stuff added to the beef. I think Worcestershire sauce might be involved... probably lots of sodium, too. We had a powder that we mixed with water and poured over the ground beef as it was cooking. I'd better quit talking about them, or I'll be getting a craving for thm. The local Maid- Rite closed a few years ago. (I used to work there, the boss sold the business, new boss didn't buy into the franchise)

well...it LOOKS good...all beef looks good to me right now...on the up side I've now lost 77 pounds...down to 320...if anyone can say that thier DOWN to 320...

I brag about my best friend (and WW partner) all the time. She started out just under 300 lbs (she's 5'0"), and has now lost over 80 lbs. She's still over 200, and still buying clothes in the plus size range, but she looks fantastic, and is so much healthier. She's also still working on the weight loss. We both hope to be at our respective goals by this time next year.
Besides, my husband weighs around 320 and I think he's sexy.

What? No coffee?!?!? I don't drink the stuff, but NO COFFEE?!?!?! I LOVE the smell and I love having the warmth. . .and. . .I can't imagine NO COFFEE!
