No, no and no.
I think that people younger than 21 are able to consent quite fine. I´m not at all for pretending they aren´t - just because this might help with some practical issue (not to mention the fact that it won´t even help).

I'm not sure why you just didn't start another thread. But I don't think they should increase the age of 11 year-olds of having sex. In most cases this doesn't happen. I do think they should make laws. That men can't have sex with kids.
