That is a most curious interpretation of the parable. If, as you think, the bundles represent denominations, who are the "reapers" appointed by God to create these bundles?

Of course not. Jesus warned us about this:
Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn.
(Matthew 13:30)
Bundles are denominations.
And the apostle Paul said:
<...> so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.
(2 Thessalonians 2:4)
You know that the apostle Paul called believers "temple":
Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and [that] the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?
(1 Corinthians 3:16)
"Ye" — this is the plural, these are all believers. "Temple" — the only number, the Temple of the Body of Christ is one. Obviously, today in this “temple” not God sits, but someone else, as the apostle Paul warned.
The Holy Spirit must bind believers together. When instead of unity there are many denominations, this proves the absence of the Holy Spirit among those in these denominations.
I am not so sure we should focus so much on supporting the temple being rebuilt, instead we should ficus more that we are not actively hindering anything. Essentially, mind our own business and let those in Israel worry about it. Else we could find that we are going up against God Himself. When someone can locate a directive from Yeshua or the Apostles that we are to be active participants in a 3rd temple, one way or the other, I will listen, but probably still hold the position that it is not in our pay grade to do anything about.
At the minimum we should not try to stop what G-d may well be working out!
You cannot stop what God has begun during the first century.
1Pe 2:4 Coming to Him as to a living stone, rejected indeed by men, but chosen by God and precious,

I don't think disasters can be avoided.
First, there must be a certain number of disasters that Jesus warned us about so that the whole world could see that Jesus’s words about the signs of His Second Coming, said to the disciples on the Mount of Olives, were fulfilled.
Secondly, they will not lock the door till after the horse is stolen. Something extraordinary is about to happen so that there are enough enthusiasts in Israel to build the Temple.
This, of course, is good if people understood that don't wait for the flood to start building your ark. But in fact, Christianity today has the same relationship with God as the Jews had in the days of the First Coming of Jesus Christ.
Is this house, which is called by my name, become a den of robbers in your eyes? Behold, even I have seen [it,] saith the LORD.

Substitute the names of your denominations here. Consider that "non-denomination" is also such a denomination. One who is a member of a denomination cannot be a member of the Body of Christ. There is no ark, everyone will be drowned. If Ezekiel's prophecy is not for you, then you yourself are not for God, who gave this prophecy, so that we can fulfill it. Are you expecting this Temple to come down from heaven? No, you're waiting for the flood to start building your ark.
In 1979 I was at the Worldwide Church of God Festival of Tabernacles / Sukkot in Charlottetown, P. E. I., (at least that is what it was called back in those days)..... .and a Pastor gave a sermon on I Kings chapter 18........ and added some bonus material.
His theory was that Elijah...... had a window of opportunity to set in motion a series of events that would have led to the restoration of the Northern Kingdom of Israel........ but....... in order to do it he had to NOT RUN AWAY TO MT. HOREB???????

The prophecy of Ezekiel is God's instruction for us, that we should go and build this temple in accordance with the prophecy.
"As for you, son of man, describe the temple to the house of Israel, that they may be ashamed of their iniquities; and let them measure the plan.
"If they are ashamed of all that they have done, make known to them the design of the house, its structure, its exits, its entrances, all its designs, all its statutes, and all its laws...
(Ezekiel 43:10.11)
As we see, the whole problem is that Christians are not ashamed and have not turned to God ...
Because there are no difficulties so that we could not build the Third Temple in this year.

✝️What Happened in the Heavens When Jesus Died on the Cross?✝️
"In a huge type of screen in the firmament before me....I was shown a man with his back to me. He was dressed in a white robe and turban with a thick gold band that went around his waist. The man had his arms lifted up in adoration and reverence. I also noticed that there were tiny bells that dangled from the hem of his robe.
"A bell and a pomegranate, a bell and a pomegranate, round about the hem of the robe to minister in: as the Lord commanded Moses." (Exodus 39: 26)
This man was standing in front of some type of altar and he was sacrificing a small animal on it. The altar had been built from stones that had not been hewn and on which no instrument or tool had been used in its construction. From the sacrifice on this altar there was a cloud of smoke that rose up in the sky. There was an intense holiness and reverence that permeated the scene as it unfolded before my eyes. At that time I had no idea what this was or what it represented. Later, I understood that this had been a high holy priest of ancient Israel sacrificing a sin offering for his people on a consecrated altar. This is how God commanded the high priests to build the altars of ancient Israel. These priests could not use any type of instrument when they constructed their sacrificial altars. If they did, the altar would be considered desecrated.
"If you make an altar of stone for Me, you shall not build it of cut stones, for if you wield your tool on it, you will profane it." (Exodus 20:25)
Immediately after this I found myself in a place where I could see the entire planet earth beneath me. There was a small spot somewhere on the planet that began to rise up in the sky. Slowly, as it rose, the small spot became a huge cross in the firmament. Suddenly it stopped, and as it stopped an enormous cloud of smoke emanated from this cross which went around the entire circumference of the earth. This awesome scene is one that I shall never be able to erase from my memory. The profound impact of what I was observing and what it represented is beyond mere human words. Filling the expanse of the vast firmament before me... hung the complete embodiment of 'SALVATION' offered up for all human beings upon the face of the entire earth. This cloud of smoke covered the sin of every human being that was born before or after this day. The eye of the Father could not pierce the thick cloud to see the sin that was covered by it. This is what happened when the Messiah died on the cross. He offered Himself up for all mankind as the Lamb of God who took away the sin of the entire world. God was essentially taking back all of mankind from the grip the enemy had on us all. This is why it is called 'salvation.' He saves anyone who wishes to be covered by this cloud of mercy from eternal damnation. This is also why Jesus is called the second Adam. He came to give back to God what the enemy had taken away at the Garden of Eden. Anyone, from any nation, tribe and tongue, who places their faith and trust in the completeness of the sacrifice will be saved.
Nothing in all of history, that had ever happened before or after this day, could ever compare in importance to this moment in time. Even time, itself, is still measured by it. The sacrificial offering up of animals was required up to the time of the Messiah’s ultimate sacrifice of Himself for the sins of all people on the face of the earth. The animal sacrifices were given to ancient Israel as a shadow of things to come and pointed towards the ultimate sacrifice of the Lamb of God. The sacrificial offerings are also a visual aid that help us understand that sin has a price that requires payment.
An innocent animal had to serve as a substitute and its blood had to be shed in place of the blood of guilty human beings. Only blood can make atonement for the soul of man. This is how we can fully understand the gift of the redemptive grace offered to us by way of the Messiah's sacrifice of substitution for our sins. "For the life of the flesh is in the blood and I have given it to you upon the altar to make atonement for your souls. For it is the blood that makes atonement for the soul.(Lev17:11)""

But that would have to mean that this Elijah wouldn’t go back to God before proceeding forward and tackling an obstacle that possibly he had no right to do to begin with
Because he didn’t stop and check in on that Mt Horeb
God said:
Not by power or by might but by My Soirit
So if Elijah doesn’t want to check in possibly he is going out by his own power and night and not by God’s Spirit

She is not a woman to admireJezebel is a most interesting character in the Bible. I understand completely how Christians regard her but there is another side. She was a woman of strong convictions --- she remained loyal to her people and her faith and in the end she faced death with great courage and even defiance. If she had been a Christian she would be regarded as a martyr.
