It's the idea that the perpetrator/victim and whether or not the accused was guilty was something that was predetermined by those chanting those slogans.

Which you have determined by the slogans. The slogans which say nothing about predetermined guilt. The slogans which you have already admitted would not work if they were to long and the slogans that have credible reasoning behind them if you are not predisposed against the people using them.

You seem to think you already know what I believe, even though I've specifically said otherwise. I've watched the news and heard the comments by these people. Statements such as, "She wouldn't make the accusation if it weren't true!" give a clear indication of what they mean.

Those who believe in "Social Justice" don't really care whether or not Kavanaugh did was he was accused of. Kavanaugh, Collective Guilt and Social Justice

<Sigh> Really? "These people" don't care huh? I mean you heard someone say something stupid so you can discount the whole movement? Can I use the same broad brush on the right? Since one person claimed it did not matter if Kavanaugh did rape her everyone thinks that?

I give up Aldebaran. You win. All those women who have been sexually assaulted did not really wish to be heard they simply wanted to oppose this one nominee by any means necessary. Well done. You figured them out.

And yet she (a political activist) went to the opposing political party and hired an attorney (Debra Katz) who is heavily involved with liberal groups. Nothing political about that, eh?

Did anyone seriously think the GOP was going to pull the plug on Kavanaugh?

Now you're claiming that I "discount the whole movement". You make it sound as if I'm saying that women are never raped. Did I ever say anything like that? What I am saying is that when a woman comes forward decades after something supposedly happened, and then presents a story that's full of holes in front of an audience of politicians after appealing to the political party that she is an activist in, helping them oppose someone that has political leanings that don't agree with hers, and then provides "witnesses" who claim they don't even remember the incident or weren't even there--and then you have all these protesters and "movements" that expect us all to just believe what she says anyway. Yeah, that's a bit much. Plenty of people agree with me about that. But if you agree with the movements and protesters, then you better hope you never end up being accused of anything.
