Ok i'm going to make this battle to be like the Return of the King battle of Minas Tirith the armies of hell will encircle the city and form a blockade.

Erulan drew his sword and the horns of hell blowed calling out to withdraw. As the monsters backed out and encircled the city. As they backed away Trolls and Giants began to Pull the massive seige towers. Meanwhile the armies made camp the skeletons needing no food or rest took their positions as guards . The orcs and other living monsters set up an entire city of tents and as night fell the ground was lit with thousands of fires. As soon as dawn comes we shall attack in full force killing all that get in our way when we find the seals give them to me. Then burn this city to the ground. Master how shall we reach the city? Simple I had five Iron Bridges built in the Orc caves they will be launched on all sides of the city and we shall attack.

cool post will, get your army over here! :)

ok, shall we get the battle underway before we finish reforging the seals?
----

The timing had to be exact. They had precisely three hours to go before the process started.
----

Darkness had fallen over Waterfall City and its surroundings. Thousands of camp fire danced outside the wall of the city, as if in preparation of a summer festival. Liah watched those below from the slope where the dragons rested. If this wasn't a war, she could allow herself the luxery to admire the scenary before her, counting in the fact that she could ignore the giant form of an orc or that of the bare skeleton. Knowing the enemy wouldn't attack till sunrise, she had allowed herself plenty of time to rest in the night. Now there was only half an hour left before the sun rose from the east.....
----
----
"Ready to go?" Liah said with a grin on her face. Her dragon got up from its sitting position, moving its legs and flexing its wings insolently. "That's the spirit," Liah murmured, grabbing hold of the tough scales and climbing swiftly up the back the creature. Already, the trolls were trying to batter down the gate of the city, using a battering ram that was pushed by thirty strong trolls. While the goblins and orcs were charging up, bearing leaders on their arms and backs, a line of dark elf archers stood at the back of the formation, shooting as quickly as they could at those defending at the top of the wall.
----

Clise set the air seal down, her hand wrapped around the tong that now held the seal. Red hot flame burnt, and in the fire sat the seven seals. Clise's face began to redden against the heat, looking around, she smiled at Freezia whose face was also red, and Taren, who was trying to lessen the effect of the heat by turning his head away from the fire.

Oden rode hard and fast towards his rulers castle which stood in the middle of Hyrule Valley. He was about half way there when his gyr falcon began squaking and flarring its wings about violently. Oden stopped to calm his bird, when suddenly, a silky white down feather dropped in front of him. Oden calmly sat on Heartsblood listening and waiting for the perfect moment to strike. The wind howled in a rage as it did from Mt. Hyrule at the spot where he had been standing. He listened and listened...then suddenly, a creature swooped down in front of him expanding its enormous wings! Heartsblood pannicked and began to rear back on his hind legs!

"Wow!" yelled Oden in an attempt to calm the mighty white stallion.

Finally, when he did, Oden's eyes were brought to a most familiar pare of eyes. The two starred in an akward[sp] silence, until Freezia spoke.

"You are of the Hyrule?" asked Freezia cocking her head.

Oden only knodded slowly stepping off his horse. "Y-you are of the Windsong...w-we haven't heard from your poeple in years and yet you come, uninvited, and expect a warm welcome? What is this, a joke?" asked Oden.

"Yes, I am of the Windsong and am the last, but I know nothing of any joke upon my arrival." replied Freezia.

Oden walked back up to Heartsblood and mounted. "You must go. It is not safe here either from my king or what is approaching."

"I care nothing of what your king will attempt to do to me, for I have over a thousand soldiers under my control. And I know of what you speak. An evil that none of this world has ever felt, a piercing feeling deep in your mind. For it is only the Windsong's and the Hyrule's who were gifted with the sence of evil. You my friend have been feeling it, along with your fellow Hyrule."

"Yes, it is as if your insides are being ripped from your body. This evil I must speak to with my king, for I am late for a secret council." said Oden riding off.

"I will accompany you in this council." replied Freezia taking flight over Oden and Heartsblood.

"My king will not be pleased, for you, a Windsong, arriving uninvited. You will not be given a warmer greeting then what I have given you."

"It is my choice to make and my choice alone!" yelled Freezia.

"As you wish lady Windsong. What is your name by the way?" asked Oden.

"My name is Freezia and what about you?"

"Oden, Oden Jons."

"Jons?!?!" said Freezia suddenly stopping in front of Oden. "Your last name is Jons. I knew a man of the last name of Jons...long ago. Willin Jons was his name."

Oden looked at Freezia in disbelief. "Willin Jons was my father." replied Oden. Oden recovered from the sudden surprise and continued on towards the castle with Freezia not far behind.

When Oden and Freezia reached the castle, horns sounded as the pearl gates opened. Oden dismounted his horse and ran into the priests chambers. The King, Priest, and General looked up at Oden as he literally threw himself through the door! Oh, there's my ol' friend!" said General Scarlet.

Oden knodded while trying to catch his breathe. "I have something to report." said Oden.

"Well, what is it my dear boy?" asked King Emerick.

"The Windsong live. Only one, but they still live. Her name is Freezia."

"No, no, the Windsong have been missing for years now. You couldn't have pos-" the priest was interrupted by soft footsteps coming towards the door.

"He tells the truth, your hiness[sp]." said Freezia entering the room.

The three gasped in the sight of Freezia. The King immediatly stood up approaching Freezia.

"You really are of the Windsong. I don't understand." said the king.

"You will if you give me a chance to explain." replied Freezia. The king knodded and sat down.

After Freezia finished speaking of her poeples disfortune, the secret council began.

"I am not pleased to report that something is coming. Something far worse then the armiesFreezia as faced. We must prepare for battle, avacuate the city, we must do something." said Oden.

"I am in agrrement with Oden. Something approaches Hyrule. Evil must know of God's main military forces." replied Freezia.

The three whispered in eachothers ears about Oden's and Freezia's proposals. "We have come to an agreement. We have decided to send scouts out to Mt. Hyrule. They will check for any means of an attack and report it directly to me." said the king.

Oden and Freezia knodded and exited the room.

Freezia stroked the golden feathers on Rahlzi's neck, her pale eyes not straying from the distant hills. Then she turned to Oden. "I must go . . . I did not reveal the full strength of my army to you. I have over three thousand."

"Three thousand? Whatever for?!" Oden demanded, dismayed.

Freezia looked directly at him, eyes level and hard. "There is a dark army of one hundred thousand amassing to attack Waterfall City. The Seven Seals are there, to be reforged. I am the bearer of the Light Seal."

"Most strange that one of the seven most precious objects must fall into the hands of the last Windsong."

Freezia surveyed him quickly. "Not the last," she warned. "Not the last." She looked towards the East. "I will pass through the eastern gate when my time is ending, or I may die here. I do not know. But I must halt the evil!" With that, she leapt onto Rahlzi and wheeled skyward, waving to Oden.

The next few days, the evil presents that he had been feeling had lingered on in his and all the Hyrule's minds. Finally, Oden went back to the temple to talk to the priest. The evil that had been sturring in each of the Hyrule's minds had weakened their king.

"My lord, I must speak with you!" yelled Oden barging into the temple!

"What is it my lad?" asked the priest.

"I must request another secret council. I have something to say to all three of you."

"Very well, meet us in my chambers tonight." said the priest.

~Flashback...a couple days ago

Oden and his fellow Hyrule's stood before the king whispering amongst themselves, wondering why the king had summoned them. Horns sounded as the king appeared before his people.

"Fellow Hyrule's, I have summoned you to this gathering to make an announcement." yelled out the king. "It is to my best interest that all of you are kept safe and that we do not have to carry the burden's that the Windsong's, Dragonhost's, man, and the Crusaders of Eyre have to carry upon themselves. Therefore, I decree that we, the Hyrule's, will stay within our bounderies, and wait out this evil, until it is past...that is all." The king walked back into the castle.

End of flashback~

Oden knodded at what the priest had said and exited the temple.

Later that day, Oden met King Emerick, the General, and the Priest in the priests chambers.

"So, what is it you've wanted to talk to us about?" asked the priest.

"Well, it's about the king's dissision[sp] on what he's had our poeple do about the struggle of the seven seals." replied Oden.

Oden and the king exchanged glances. "Procceed." said the king.

"Ok umm, I'm not in agreement about what you have dicreed for us to do about the seals. And I'm not alone in this, I have spoken to most of the Hyrule's and they also do not like your dissision[sp]. I-I know you are not pleased with this, but you must hear me out, your hiness. I have an idea. Why don't we send our civilians to the sacride ground along with a quarter of our forces and take the remaining amount of our forces and fast march towards Waterfall City to help our fellow Christians? I don't feel right having to sit here with the thought of my religous family being killed out there without our help. Why have you made this dicree, it is plain madness."

"Hold your tongue!!" yelled the king quickly standing up knocking his chair down! "Do you really think I have not thought of that yet?!?! Ruling a civilization isn't as easy as eating your breakfast, dear Oden. Oh no, no, no, you don't even know the beginning of it. I have made the only dissision[sp] I can think of that will keep our people safe. Now you say that is madness. I cannot even begin to see how that is madness! I am trying to keep you safe...along with the rest of the Hyrule's! There are others out there that do not have the protection we do. There are others out there that can't even decide on what they want in life, or what they can be in life. Now my dicree will stand, either you like it or not. I will not, I repeat, will not, reconsider. Now you go...you go and tell the others what I have said! Maybe now they will be happy of what I am doing for them."

"Yah, all you're doing for them is keeping them concealed...imprisoned! Sir, I do see and have always seen what you are trying to do and I am very greatful, but there is a time when you just have to fight. Wether you like it or not. You see, this battle that is being fought at Waterfall City is taking place as we speak. Our fellow Christians are dieing because they know what the have to do to stay alive. If they didn't fight, then thier villages, their cities, their empires, their families would be over run. So they fight to save that. If you care for our poeple and want to keep them safe, then fight! Fight for the Lord God almighty. This isn't a question of if we want to fight, it's a question of if you need to." replied Oden.

The room was silent. The General and Priest exchanged glances while Oden and the king starred into eachothers eyes. Finally the silence was broken.

"I do not belive you heard me. I have made my dission[sp] and it will hold. Now get out of my castle or I will have you thrown out." said the king pointing towards the door.

Oden looked at the Priest and General and exited the room.

Later that night, Oden visited the priest at the temple.

"Oh, Oden my dear boy. I am terrobly sorry. Is there anything I can do for you?" asked the priest.

"Umm no, nothing really. I just wanted to stop by before I left. And to say bye." replied Oden.

"Oh, so you are going through with your plan. Well, I'd like to say, the very first day I set eyes on you, I gasped. And deep down inside, I felt you'd play a key roll in this world. If only your parents could see you now. They'd be so proud."

Oden smiled. "Thanks, it has also been a blessing to know you. You've been a good friend and priest to me through the years. I will truely miss you the most." replied Oden.

And that said, Oden left the Hyrule valley to fight the forces of evil at Waterfall City.

Walk on character!
Name: Has no need of one but has been known to refer to itself as Phaedra
Gender: Unknown but appears Male
Age: Very old but its difficult to tell

Background: Phaedra has existed since the making of the world, watching the mortal realm and the fate of the seals without interference. If it has an agenda it is known only to itself. But now it has decided to speak.....

The priest stood by the forge fires in which the seven seals still sat, almost unchanged by the heat coming from it. He leaned heavily on his crook, his face lite by the burning embers of the fire. The night was still and quiet, save for the occassional chatter of the various guards now posted to protect the seals. His mind was heavy.

"Why have the seals been brought together?" The priest looked up at the sound of the unfamiliar voice. A vague figure stepped into his view. A man clothed in pale robes that seemed to shimmer and move around him, as though alive. His face was smooth and pale too. The priest looked into his eyes and though he did not understand how, he saw great age and wisdom deep within them. The man stared accross the fire at him, no, he looked into the priest as though he were insubstantial. His strange robes continued to swhirl about him constantly moving.

"Guards!" the priest called recovering his voice and backing away from the stranger.
"The will not come, not until I allow it!"
The priest glanced to where they were gathered, they appeared to be frozen in place. He had no choice but to see what this man wanted.
"Who are you, what do you want with the seals?"
The man's gaze remained steady, calm. He blinked as if taken aback by the questions then turned his head away as if contemplating something.
"It has been an age since I last spoke with another being, if it will ease our council, you may call me Phaedra. As for the seals, Why have you brought them together?"
"We wish to reforge them, bring them into one and fight the darkenss that approaches our lands"
The creature called Phaedra returned his piercing gaze back to the priest. He nooded as if he had expected the answer.
"There are others who seek the seals but for other purposes. Whilst the bearers have gone out and brought them back others have waited, waited for tehm to brought thus!" A hand appeared from the swirling robes and pointed almost accusingly at the forge. "Their task made all the more simpler now they are in one place. Draw near with faith master priest, the seals were formed at the forging of the world they hold an ancient power. I have watched the bearers use them as though they were a childs plaything, you mortals dabble with what you cannot truly understand. That path leads to chaos. "
"and what of you Phaedra, what is your purpose in this?" rebuked the priest outraged at the impudence of this being.
If Phaedra took offence it did not show it. " I have watched the realm of mortals long and held my council. I found the demon slain, scores of darklings, destroyed and knew that the power of the seals had been used. I seek to warn you of your folly if the seals are forged as a weapon for such is not their purpose and will lead to teh end of your world."
The priest mulled over this. "Do you know how to reforge them?"
Phaedra remianed silent, his gaze turned to the seals for what seemed an age then he looked up again.
"Each seal alone is a power unto itself, a fraction of the whole, together they are unstopable if wielded by the worthy and for the righteous. That is why they were scattered and guarded, my purpose Master priest was to watch over them, to ensure they remained apart, their power diminished and free from the ambitions of mortal kind." It sighed and a pained expression appeared to sadden it's face "I have failed, long did I slumber believing that the seals remained safe, hidden. Now they are reunited. " It turned away from the forge and was suddenly before the priest, his deep ancient eyes boring deep into the old man's.
"Your mind is as an open book to me mortal, you are unsure what the future holds, you fear for your friend Oden. If you forge a new seal and use its power the price for mortals will be high. My time here grows short, the fate of many rests in this moment, choose your path wisely Master Priest. "
"Will you help us?" the priest ventured
Phaedra held its gaze then finally it said "No." It stepped away "I cannot interfere in the affairs of the mortals."  He walked away then turned briefly and said "Remember my council. The seal cannot be taken, it must be freely given.  Evil has the face of an angel and a tongue of honey.  It has many arms and reaches far, guard yourself from its agents for they will come seeking the seal and they too will talk of sweetness."  He turned and was gone, fading into the darkness.

Clover sat by the fire, wrapped in the blanket Caldir had drapped about her shoulders. She was soaking in the warmth from the fire trying to dispense the coldness she felt lingering from the Death Cave. Caldir had not left her side for more than two minutes since he had found her.
