Seems like UOC-KP has "exarchates" around the world...

On the other hand, it's nothing to be surprised at. It's quite reasonable that those who share the same groundwork, comprise the One Body of Christ. And those who went from this basis due to canonical violations and lack of humility, continue with moving in different directions, separating and snatching power one from another... How can they show the way to Christ when chasing in the darkness themselves...

Indeed. Before I really knew how to find out who was canonical, I encountered schismatic persons and groups online. The attitude which I already found foreign to Orthodoxy was the surest indicator that "something" wasn't right. And I have encountered two canonical clergy who had that sort of attitude and I keep them at arms's length and filter everything they say, because I am not confident of their direction.

I was so happy as a catechumen to learn that my sister in law had been chrismated Orthodox! I thought at least I was not alone, and that it could be the foundation of restoring our relationship and forging a much closer one. But as it turns out, she had been catechized and chrismated by a priest who was later defrocked and her loyalty was to the priest rather than the Church. Now she not only does not identify as solidly Orthodox, but she does not even recognize Christianity as the only doorway but embraces a strange combination of Christianity, paganism, naturism, Wicca, and who knows what else. My heart is broken over this ...

Sad story... May God return all those who were misguided to the Church!

Not to my knowledge, that is, none of the priests I know would take part.
Having said that, we used to live in Thessaloniki, a city which seems to be rather blessed with wise and spiritual priests.

As to the participating in the Templar's events, none of the priest I know would go there for sure.

none that I have ever heard of

This photo caught my eye. "Paul Echinger seems to be kind of inappropriate amid Templars," - I thought. That's why I've asked you.
Many thanks for replies!
