I guess you were living back then so therefore you know everything that occurred in ancient times? Should I prefer your words over the words from the prophet Jeremiah? The people had soap in the days of Jeremiah (Jeremiah 2:22).
Despite your mockery, I only claim to have a modest knowledge of Biblical history.

No, ceremonial does not mean public. As an MJ who is single and lives alone, I do most of my Jewish rituals privately, including the washing of hands.
The Pharisees did their works to be seen. The root word for ceremonial is "ceremony" which means public, or with witnesses. Again I was not talking about you but the Pharisees and priests.

All food is clean that YHWH has declared or made clean (Mark 7:19). All those things that Yeshua mentions from verse 21 to 23 suppose to be flushed down the toilet (evil thoughts, envying, murder, theft, adultery, coveting, wickedness, deceit, foolishness, coveting, slander, sexual immorality, pride, sensuality); air freshener may need to be used to prevent the entire bathroom from "smelling " defiled. I hope and pray you have toilet paper for your journey and wash your hands with both soap and water before you leave. Your hands and the backside of your body have become defiled through the entire process.

Right now, we are all hopelessly ceremonially unclean.
There is no way to purify ourselves according to scripture.

What "partial" measures are you making, and what do you feel is lacking in terms of RITUAL purity.

Remember that ritual purity has NOTHING to do with moral purity. For example, if I eat a meal without washing my hands, it is ritually impure, but it is not a sin. If a man touches a dead body, he is ritually impure, but he has not sinned.

"ceremony" could also be a ritual that needs no audience.

Matthew 23:1-7 What does Matthew 23 mean to you? What did Yeshua mean when he said the hypocrites sit in Moses seat? Was Yeshua mocking the religious leaders or their instructions?

He was warning all who sit in the lawgiver's seat hypocritically, that they shall receive the greater condemnation, and be the last to enter the Kingdom.

Nobody is ritually clean because there is no way
to become clean these days without the temple.

And in Leviticus 12-15, why is one sacrifice made for
uncleanness a sin offering?

I think that you are forgetting the Prophet Hosea's stipulation that when no temple is available, the prayers of our lips are our sacrifices. So yes, ritual purity can be reached. Time can pass, or a simple dip in the mikveh is all it takes.

Sin offerings are not for willfully breaking a law.

There were offering for things other than sin as well.
Sure. But sin offerings were only for unintentional sins, things we have no moral responsibility for since we don't choose to do them.

Really!!!! Then what good is repentance if it only for the unintentional sins? I understand that that there is only one sin that can not be forgiven... that of blasphemy. Since the sin offering is a show of repentance, each occasion is marked with a sin sacrifice.

Her statement is scriptural:

Numbers 15:22-31

22 But if you unintentionally fail to observe all these commandments that the Lord has spoken to Moses— 23 everything that the Lord has commanded you by Moses, from the day the Lord gave commandment and thereafter, throughout your generations— 24then if it was done unintentionally without the knowledge of the congregation, the whole congregation shall offer one young bull for a burnt-offering, a pleasing odour to the Lord, together with its grain-offering and its drink-offering, according to the ordinance, and one male goat for a sin-offering. 25The priest shall make atonement for all the congregation of the Israelites, and they shall be forgiven; it was unintentional, and they have brought their offering, an offering by fire to the Lord, and their sin-offering before the Lord, for their error. 26All the congregation of the Israelites shall be forgiven, as well as the aliens residing among them, because the whole people was involved in the error.

27 An individual who sins unintentionally shall present a female goat a year old for a sin-offering. 28 And the priest shall make atonement before the Lord for the one who commits an error, when it is unintentional, to make atonement for the person, who then shall be forgiven. 29 For both the native among the Israelites and the alien residing among them—you shall have the same law for anyone who acts in error. 30 But whoever acts high-handedly [sins intentionally], whether a native or an alien, affronts the Lord, and shall be cut off from among the people. 31 Because of having despised the word of the Lord and broken his commandment, such a person shall be utterly cut off and bear the guilt.

Hebrews 5:1 For every high priest taken from among men is ordained for men in things pertaining to God, that he may offer both gifts and sacrifices for sins: 2 Who can have compassion on the ignorant, and on them that are out of the way; for that he himself also is compassed with infirmity. 3 And by reason hereof he ought, as for the people, so also for himself, to offer for sins.

Notice the word 'ignorant' in verse 2? He is referring to sins committed in ignorance. If you continue reading the NT you will find this:

Hebrew 10:26 If we deliberately keep on sinning after we have received the knowledge of the truth, no sacrifice for sins is left,

David prayed after being confronted by the prophet over his sin, a known sin, a sin done, compounded with more sin, and still forgiven with a child, blessed to serve the Lord.

However, his sin cost the life of another of his children.

See also Leviticus Ch. 4 & 5 for the same issues. See Ezekiel 18 for sins we know we have committed. :)
