The reason I used the term 'ball-headed' is because thats what must kids think you re saying instead of BALD!! lol.
When one of my graddaughters was very little and not talking plainly yet--and because my husband is a peanut freak--she used to try to tease him about that and called him 'peena head'!!
Ofcourse--we laughed till we cried--but I guess thats a grandparent thing!!
