Hi Kidsagainstkows, thanks for giving me a laugh. The Bible says folks can understand the milk of the gospel - we are sinners and cannot save ourselves but if we trust in Jesus, God will save us - but only born again folks can understand the meat of scripture.
You are a case in point. The verse you referenced, 1 Corinthians 14:33 is not talking about scripture but rather peace within local assemblies (churches). So either you were confused about the subject or you choose to support your false charge with falsehood. But wait, there is more. The translation you used (KJV) added the words "the author" they are not actually in that verse. So you based a view of scripture on a single verse without even looking at other translations. For example the New King James version puts "the author" in italics to inform you that the words were added by the translators. Now if you look at the NIV it reads God is not a God of disorder but of peace. Another translation says God is not a God of tumult. So God is not a God of confusion but of peace seems to refer to tumult as confusion. In other verses, we see that "confusion" comes from men, as in misinterpreting scripture. In Galatians 1:7, Paul says some WANT to trouble you (i.e throw you into confusion) by perverting the gospel.
May God bless
