In the last few years our liberal politicians have been pushing for society to accept homosexuality, accusing those of us who oppose it as being bigots. Are we supposed to stand by and say nothing?

Just the opposite. Encouraging children to obey the Lord's laws regarding sexual immorality can only help them. My church taught me to obey all the Lord's commandments when I was young. I don't consider that child abuse.
