She's a private club now which can be as racist they want.

Does she do any business with the general public at all? Even private clubs ( depending on context can get in MAJOR trouble for that directly or indirectly. If for example, she runs a club that has certain entry level requirements and someone meets them they may could sue or at the very least they could bad mouth her. While this may not be nice even if it destroyed her club and REP it would be legal provided it was true.
