Aleia kept struggling to get free. The person that had her pinned, rolled her on her stomach. She kicked them off, and turned on her lightsaber. The person seemed to hesitate, before he/she turned on their own blue lightsaber.
"You're with the rebellion?" Aleia asked.
"Yes." a male voice answered. Aleia turned off her lightsaber. It was dark, so she turned on her flashlight(if they had them). She shinned the light in his face, and gasped.
"Obi-Wan!" Obi-Wan Kenobi walked forward until they were face to face.
"Aleia." he barely whispered.
"What are you doing here? I thought you were on Couroscant?" Aleia asked.
"I was. I was called here to do some work. I was walking back to my room, and saw a strange figure. With all the comotion going around, you can't trust just any figure. It was when you ignited your lightsaber that I knew it was you." He looked her over with his eyes, and said "You look good after ten years."
"Thanks." Aleia started to walk away, but Obi-Wan stopped her.
"Aleia, please. Just listen."
"Why? You said you'd come back, and never did."
"So you're mad that I didn't come back?"
"A little. But I'm even more upset that you didn't bother to contact me in any way, when you promised you would! And, it's really not even that."
"Then what is it?" Obi-Wan asked.
"You can't even guess?" Aleia practicaly yelled. She glared at Obi-Wan, trying not to anger herself.
"Obi-Wan, it's that we're married. Being seperated from you for ten years, is hard. Especially when you're taken away from your husband the day after the wedding."
"I'm sorry. I had no choice. Qui-Gon got an important mission that had been assigned to us. I had every intention of coming back for you. But when Qui-Gon died, I took a boy named Anakin as my Padawan. He's a Jedi now."
"I'm sorry about Qui-Gon. You were attached to him."
"Very. But now, Aleia, we can coninue where we left off. I'm here for who knows how long, and we can do our missions together." Aleia thought a while, smiled, looked at Obi-Wan and, while trying to hold back tears, said, "I really missed you." Obi-Wan held her close, as she cried on his shoulder. He looked her in the face, and said, "Aleia, I love you now more than I ever did. I mean that." With that, he leaned in and gave her a quick kiss. She in turn wrapped her arms around his waist, and they embraced.<end>
I was in a romantic mood!
