CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

No, I think I've heard of it though. I know it means cherry blossom in Japanese, and I know there's a Street Fighter character Sakura, but I doubt they have any connection.

yeah it does mean charry blossom, but there is an Anima names like it, because the girl who is the main character called Sakura...

Sakura Wars and Cardcaptor Sakura both have a main character named Sakura. They are completely different despite both being shoujo. Cardcaptor Sakura is about a girl who actidentially unleashes spirits from clow cards and tries to capture them and return them to the book of clow. Sakura Wars about a girl who joins up with a secret group that masqurades as an acting troupe. This group uses giant robots to destroy evil aliens and protect people.Lizzy16 said:

I LOVE Card Captor Sakura!!! If you just go to google or some other good search engine and type the name in, it should give you PLENTY of great sites to view!
