This is why the apostles were gathered together
John 20:19
Then,the same day at evening, being the first day of the week, when the doors were shut where the disciples were assembled, for fear of the Jews, Jesus came and stood in the midst, and said to them, “Peace be with you.”
They were afraid of the Jews. They didn't just meet for Sabbath, they met every day, until they were sent their different ways to preach.
As far as the Sabbath being just being for the seed of Abraham
Luke 3:8
Therefore bear fruits worthy of repentance, and do not begin to say to yourselves, ‘We have Abraham as our father.’ For I say to you that God is able to raise up children toAbraham from these stones.
God wrote the ten commandments himself on stone. Why would he abolish one and not the rest.
It is very important to study for yourselves, to follow what you truly believe, not what is convenient. It is important not to judge others whether you are sabbath keepers or not.
