My own DH wants to enroll Nick in Karate AND soccer this year!
I just don't think he can handle it....he's already tired when he comes home from school...and he's only in Kindegarten for crying out loud!

I want to find a karate place that doesn't require being on a competition cirquit. You know...just lessons.

yeah...that would be nice.
We are just starting to think about it, haven't looked around yet.

Activities are an adventure no doubt. I am also looking for kids tennis lessons without league (doesn't exist here). I can see league in junior high, but there is too much to do in a summer with a league circuit added to it.

I just had to go help Stephen with a dinasour floor puzzle! LOL!

Today, get my living room and kitchen clean, make beds, dry my towels, get a shower, get dressed, go to my moms, get a caked baked, decorate a cake, help her clean her house, help her prepair dinner, have a bday party for my husband and grandmother lol... Today is my grandmothers 69th bday, and tomorrow is my husbands 30th bday

Sounds like a few of us new another cup of coffee.

We had an eventful week. Just when you think you've settled in and have a grip on the challenges of kids. . .
We had a pet die and Bear (6yo -girl) found it.
We had a trip to the ER with Bear. First time. Bart (dh) was a mess. Awesome daddy that he is took her.
Bear lost her first tooth and was totally freaked out.

My 5yr old lost his first tooth already also!!
He was actually excited about it! hahaha!
It's already growing in.
Had anyone prepared her for losing teeth?
We prepared Nick but only when he told us it was loose!
I never even thought to do that!

Was the pet a precious one? so sorry! It's tough on the little ones when they lose something close.

How is Bear doing? Is she ok now?

I'm a little peeved off this morning, its my husbands bday, we had plans to go see a movie, and just have a date to celebrate his bday together, we had it all planned, my mom had agreed to keep him over night last night, my niece ruined that, and I said to seth infront of my mom "If grandmaw doesn't mind maybe tomorrow you can stay the night." Well Now my niece has a friend staying the night, and I'm a bit upset that this has happend, my niece was down right hateful to my son yesterday, we had a bday party for hubby, and the first few hours they were great together, and then as soon as my cousin who is a few years older then my niece, comes in, my niece changed her attitude, she became so rude to seth, and seth said "I don't want to stay the night here." who could blame him? I wasn't about to force him to, I wouldn't want to stay the night where I was being treated rude. But now my mom agrees she can have a friend of hers come stay, after we been planning our weekend for a few weeks now. My MIL forgets my husbands bday, so I doubt she'd keep him, but I will be trying her soon. I really don't want to ask my grandmother, she has no kids this weekend, and I know she needs a break, yesterday was her bday.

not yet, we are taking the puppies and getting rid of them soon. thats about the only other plans, but seth has to be with us for that, cus he has fallen in love, we are keeping at least 1 of them and are talking about keeping 2 of them, because well we fallen in love as well.

My boys want one, but i said no...only because Jake is still in diapers! I want to be diaper-free for a while b4 I have to chase a puppy with a wee-wee pad! LOL!
