Galena slid off the horse and tied the reins to a tree. she was very suprised to see that it did not shy away from her. After getting her satchel off she gve the horse a pat and walked over to where Jared had settled. "Can we start a fire here to boil water for the tea?' she asked quietly. While she was waiting for an answer she glanced over at the prince sweeping her trained eyes over his body looking for other injuries. She could still smell dried blod on Jsared but none from the prince.

Jared shook his head. "no, we're to close. if someone's following us the smoke will lead them right to us."

Galena nodded at Jared's answer and gathered her bag up. She then walked over to a tree and sat down on the ground with it. She took out of the bag a small bowl and sat on the ground beside her. Galena then pulled out of her bag a leather roll and unrolled it, from it she pulled out a small packet with the herbs she needed for the tea. Galena poured water from her canteen into the bowl and then added ginko and peppermint into it. Out of her satchel she pulled another small canteen and poured the tea into it. She then placed the canteen beside her till the prince woke. As she was sitting there she glanced around looking for Tallie.

Jared didn't watch Galena go, instead he started rummaging around in his bags, he pulled some bottles, knives, and a rope from under his cloack and put them carefully into his bags, then grabbed his quiver and put it on, after checking to make sure his arrows and bow were all still inside. after pulling some long knives, and throwing knives out and stowing them on his person he got some grain out and held it out for Ares.

"Enjoy your rest, you might not get a lot for a few days." Jared whispered quietly to his horse. Jared then ran his free hand down Ares' neck.

Eli began to wake up, and the first thing he noticed was that he was oddly sore. He groaned slightly from the pain in his head, and rolled over. He then discovered that he was no longer in his bed.
"Huh?" Eli mumbled, slightly confused.

Galena lifted her head at the sound of the groan and looked over to see the prince was finally awake. She picked up the canteen and opened it up, she blew over the top of it warming the liquid inside. After it was warm enough she got up and walked over to where the prince was lying. Galena knelt down beside him and held a hand out to assist him to sit up. "Your highness, I have something to help with the headache" she said.

Jared turned as the prince started moving. He clearly won't being going anywhere fast, so he pulled out a knife and cut the ropes. Jared didn't look at the prince as he cut the ropes and sheathed his knife. "get up, we need to get moving once you can stand."

((sorry about not posting!! my mom and my sis have been really sick these last 2 weeks, my sis is not getting better and my mom's having kidney trouble again . and i'm the only one not sick. I"ll post when I have a bit more time online ))

Tallie moved to help Eli as he stood up. He was a bit shakey as he drank from the canteen Galena handed him.
Slowly Eli's headache started to fade to just a dull feeling and the compleatly.

"Give him a few minutes, please. "Tallie said as she sliped Eli's arm around her sholder.

Jared shook his head. "can't do that. we were watched as we left the castle, it was an assassian. He was sent to kill the prince. if we stay here, the prince dies."

Jared walked over to Ares and pulled out a dirty rope and chucked it at the prince. "put it on, then we go. you can share a horse with one of your girlfriends."
