God gives elect Israel repentance, its a application word. Just like here Acts 17:25

Neither is worshipped with men's hands, as though he needed any thing, seeing he giveth to all life, and breath, and all things;

You and I take our very next breath only because God gives it to us friend, He causes it, and will continue to cause it until our days expire according to His will and purpose. Once again when God gives repentance He causes it to occur. Jer 31:19

Surely after that I was turned, I repented; and after that I was instructed, I smote upon my thigh: I was ashamed, yea, even confounded, because I did bear the reproach of my youth.
When they see the children I myself have made, they will sanctify my name, [Sanctify Christ as Lord 1 Peter 3:15] and stand in awe of the God of Israel.
Those who were confused will gain understanding, and the disobedient will accept my teaching. Isa 29:23-24

He will be as a Sanctuary,...Here am I and the children whom the Lord has given Me! Isa 8:14-18

For both He who sanctifies and those who are sanctified are all of one Father,
for which reason He is not ashamed to call them brethren, saying: “I will declare Your name to My brethren; Heb 2:11-12

And I have declared to them Your name, John 17:26
And the glory which You gave Me I have given them, that they may be one just as We are one: I in them, and You in Me; John 17:22-23

You cant reject what you are. A lion cant reject being a lion by nature, a beast cant reject being a beast by nature.

No they can't because they were not made hybrids. Adam nd Eve chose to put their will ahead of the will of God. God offers us the same opportunity of choice... to reject that and return our allegiance to His will rather than to self. Other animals neither have, had nor need that option. because they do not have nor never had choice in the first place. That was only given to the elohim and mankind.

Does your Bible include the NT Gospel (Good News)? Repentance means to STOP the practice of sinning as a "born again" follower of Christ Jesus.

1 John 3:9
Anyone born of God refuses to practice sin, because God's seed abides in him; he cannot go on sinning, because he has been born of God.
1 John 3:9 (AMP)
No one who is born of God [deliberately, knowingly, and habitually] practices sin, because [a]God’s seed [His principle of life, the essence of His righteous character] remains [permanently] in him [who is born again--who is reborn from above--spiritually transformed, renewed, and set apart for His purpose]; and he [who is born again] cannot habitually [live a life characterized by] sin, because he is born of God and longs to please Him.

Unfortunately mans sinful nature against God cannot change friend Eph 2:2-3

2 Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:

3 Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others.

Nothing no one can do to be born of God.

All of the Scriptures teach the opposite of your doctrine.

Being {{{Born Again}}} is to be {{{Regenerate}}} or {{{Made Alive}}} or to possess the {{{Light of Life}}} by the indwelling Spirit, and is only By Faith.

Regeneration, which is to pass from death to life (2 Corinthians 1:9-10), is by faith:

John 5:24 (WEB) “Most certainly I tell you, he who hears {{listens to}} my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life, and doesn’t come into judgment, but has passed out of death into life [regeneration].

Regeneration is the light of life (Ephesians 5:8) by faith evidenced by following Lord Jesus:

John 8:12 (WEB) “I am the light of the world. [Isaiah 60:1] He who follows me will not walk in the darkness, but will have the {{light of life}}.” [The light of life is regeneration and is God’s Work in those who follow Lord Jesus.]

Regeneration is associated with being Children of God. We are children of God by faith:

Galatians 3:26 (WEB) For you are all children of God, {{through faith}} in Christ Jesus.

Regeneration is to receive God’s Spirit AFTER a person believes and becomes a child of God:

Galatians 4:6 (WEB) And because you are children, God sent out the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying, “Abba, Father!”

Regeneration - Spiritual Life - is by the Spirit of Christ dwelling IN US:

Romans 8:10-11 (WEB) 9 But you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if it is so that the Spirit of God dwells in you. But if any man doesn’t have the {Spirit of Christ}, he is not his. 10 If Christ is IN YOU, the body is dead because of sin, but the spirit is alive [regeneration] because of righteousness.

Regeneration is Life by the Spirit of Christ dwelling in us (Romans 8:10-11) - AND the Spirit only indwells us to give us life by faith. Faith is demonstrated by following and obeying Lord Jesus.

John 14:15-16 (WEB) 15 If you love me, keep my commandments. 16 I will pray to the Father, and he will give you another Counselor, that he may be with you forever: 17 the Spirit of truth

John 14:23
(WEB) 23 Jesus answered him, “If a man loves me, he will keep my word. My Father will love him, and we will come to him, and make our home with him.

Acts 5:32 (WEB) 32 We are his witnesses of these things; and so also is the Holy Spirit, whom God has given to those who obey him.

Regeneration: is to “Make Alive (Ephesians 2:1),” and is The Promise to those who believe:

Galatians 3:22 (WEB) 21 Is the law then against the promises of God? Certainly not! For if there had been a law given which could Make Alive, most certainly righteousness would have been of the law. 22 But the Scripture imprisoned all things under sin, so that the promise by faith in Jesus Christ might be given to those who believe.

Regeneration is being “Raised with Christ” (Ephesians 2:6), and is by Faith in God’s Work

Colossians 2:12 (WEB) you were also raised with him through faith in the working of God

Regeneration is a new birth, (John 3:8) is by faith (John 3:14-16; John 7:37-39), sowing to the Spirit.

Galatians 6:7-9 (WEB) Writing to the Church in Galatia 7 {Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked}. A man reaps what he sows. 8 Whoever sows [present and continuous sowing] to please their flesh, from the flesh will reap destruction; whoever sows [present and continuous sowing] to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap ETERNAL LIFE [regeneration]. 9 Let us [believers] not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will {{reap}} a harvest if we [believers] do not give up!

Regeneration
is by the indwelling Spirit of the believer who puts to death the fleshly master by the Spirit indwelling him by faith. The Spirit leads to life the believer who follows the Spirit - living and walking by the Spirit.

Romans 8:12-14 (NIV) 12 Therefore, brothers and sisters, we have an obligation — but it is not to the flesh, to live according to it.13 For if you live according to the flesh, you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the misdeeds of the body, you will live. 14 For those who are led by the Spirit of God are the children of God.

Galatians 5:25 (WEB) 25 If we live by the Spirit, let us also keep in step with the Spirit.

The fact is that many who are dead in sin sincerely seek to enter onto life (Luke 13:23-25) but are not willing to count the cost, which is everything (Luke 14:26-33; Matthew 13:44-45). They may “believe in Jesus,” but they cannot put their faith in Jesus as their Lord because they refuse to repent and sanctify their hearts and lives to God from the fleshly idols they presently serve.

Luke 9:23-25 (WEB) 23 He said to all, “If anyone desires to come after me, let him deny himself, take up his cross daily and follow me. 24 For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever will lose his life for my sake, will save it. 25 For what does it profit a man if he gains the whole world, and loses or forfeits his own self?

Quit spamming the Word of God for it is disgusting and disrespectful to God, also man can't do anything to be born of God. Did you have a choice to be born of man? No

What that has to do with man's inability to repent or change?
There is no inability to chose when one understands the pitfalls of the self serving ways of man compared to the will of God which is the exact opposite. One only need turn on the news to see how corrupted and weak our self serving system is in practice, hence if there is a spark of intelligence at which point a person will say to themselves and perhaps others 'there must be a better way'. Spoiler... man has never created it.

To say that quoting God's Word in answer to your objection is spamming is what is disgusting and disrespectful to God and His Word. Since you cannot refute God's Word, you have reverted to attacking the messenger of God's Word.

What you are doing is peddling your opinions off as God's Truth, and then discounting any Scriptures that refute you as spamming. That is shameful.

setst777 RE: God draws all people everywhere to himself by the Gospel Word and the Spirit. But many will refuse the Gospel Call and they will resist the Spirit. But to those who are crushed in spirit who do not resist, will act on the conviction of the Spirit with the Word of God and put their faith in Lord Jesus.

The Word and the conviction of the Spirit is how God invites, enables, and draws us to receive the salvation He offers.

Many will resist and refuse the drawing and illuminating of the Word and Spirit, or will fall away at a future time, just as the Scriptures teach throughout.

Matthew 22:3 (WEB) 3 and sent out his servants to call those who were invited to the wedding feast, but they refused to come.

Acts 7:51-52 (WEB) 51 “You stiff-necked and uncircumcised in heart and ears, you always resist the Holy Spirit!

John 3:18 (WEB) 18 He who believes in him is not judged. He who does not believe has been judged already, because he has not believed in the name of the one and only Son of God.

2 Thessalonians 2:10 (WEB) 10 They perish because they refused to love the truth and so be saved.

Romans 10:21 (WEB) 21 21 But about Israel he says, “All day long I stretched out my hands to a disobedient and contrary (obstinate) people.” [Isaiah 65:2]

God desires all to be saved (1 Timothy 2:3-6; Isaiah 45:21-22),

God’s gracious intention is to have mercy on all (Romans 11:32).

God invites all to be saved, because God desires all to be saved, but the will of God is to save all who believe

God invites all so that whosoever believes may be saved (Matthew 22:8-9; John 3:16).

God’s will and good pleasure is to save anyone who believes (John 6:40; 1 Corinthians 1:21).

God calls and draws and invites all people without favoritism (Isaiah 45:21-22; Acts 10:34-35; Acts 13:47; Matthew 28:19-20; John 12:32; John 12:47; 2 Corinthians 5:19; Titus 2:11).

God shows no favoritism (Acts 10:34-35) or partiality (Romans 2:10-11).

God takes no pleasure in the death of the wicked or anyone; yet, by their own choice, many will refuse God and will be lost (Matthew 22:3; John 3:18; John 5:39-40; Acts 14:2; Acts 19:9; Romans 10:21; 2 Thessalonians 2:10; Hebrews 12:25; Revelation 16:9; Revelation 16:11).

Ezekiel 18:23 (WEB) 23 Have I any pleasure in the death of the wicked?” says the Lord Yahweh; “and not rather that he should return from his way, and live?

Ezekiel 33:11
(WEB) 11 Tell them, ‘“As I live,” says the Lord Yahweh, “I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked; but that the wicked turn from his way and live. Turn, turn from your evil ways! For why will you die, house of Israel?”’

Although God desires all to be saved, the Father’s will is to give to the Son only those who believe in His Son after learning the Gospel (John 6:40; 1 Corinthians 1:21). To these who believe, the Father grants to come to the Son (John 6:36-37). Lord Jesus will raise up on the last day those who believe in Him and continue to stand firm in the faith to the end. That is the will of the Father (Romans 11:19-22).

But, as I have shown by Scripture, many do refuse the Gospel Call and resist the Spirit, and so they remain lost.

Surely after that I was turned, I repented; and after that I was instructed, I smote upon my thigh: I was ashamed, yea, even confounded, because I did bear the reproach of my youth. ... (After I strayed I repented).
.
.. but He now commands all men everywhere to repent. (Acts 17:30)
... but now He commands all of them everywhere to turn away from their evil ways. (Acts 17:30)

Repentace is still a choice as you stated above ... (I repented; and after that I was instructed ... ).
Repentance is still a choice today just as it was with the Hebrew Tanakh and still is a choice with the New Covenant.

"Sin no more that nothing worse may happen to you" ... and ... "Go, and from now on do not sin anymore"
Its a choice ... a decision by each person. It's still up to each one whether or not to obey His commands.

Your posts come across as if you're a type of Calvinist. As if it's preordained by GOD who will repent and who won't repent.
In the following scripture Jeremiah prays that YHWH will "turn me and I will be turned"

18 “I have surely heard Ephraim grieving thus,
‘You have chastised me,
and I was chastised, as an untrained calf.
Turn me, and I will be turned;
for you are Yahweh my God.
19 Surely after that I was turned.
I repented.

"He commands all men everywhere to repent." ... Is it not the resposibility (choice) of sinful man whether or not to repent?

There is no inability to chose when one understands the pitfalls of the self serving ways of man compared to the will of God which is the exact opposite. One only need turn on the news to see how corrupted and weak our self serving system is in practice, hence if there is a spark of intelligence at which point a person will say to themselves and perhaps others 'there must be a better way'. Spoiler... man has never created it.
This makes no sense friend.
