Good morning all! Is here any hot coffee? I would like a cupper of just plain black coffee, if possible.

Good morning Unni. We should be able to get you that coffee; J1K shut down the machine a while ago, but I think it won't take long at all to get it back up and running.

I hope you have a truly wonderful day in His presence today everyone. I have to get myself off to bed now. I'll talk to you all later. Good night!

How nice to see you, Jesus1stKing! And thanks for making me some coffee. Columbian's just perfect!

And here's some Danish for us all. We call them ''wienerbrød'' in Norwegian, which means Wiener bread. Hope you'll like them.

Thank you for such kind words, Jesus1stKing. My husband is not picky, and he eats most of the food I cook for us, even if I am not an excellent cook. Can you believe that he moved 4,000 miles (from the USA to Norway) to marry me and live with me and my kids?

I can not say who is more richly blessed you or your husband, God has such a way of providing beyond your greatest expectations.

I have a hard time believing you are not a good cook, I have seen waht you can do here, and it isn't that much harder in the R W.

God is good, Jesus1stKing, and He cares for us beyond measure.

When it comes to my cooking ... I love to cook and bake, but as I work full time and come home in the evening a bit tired, it is not always inspiring to spend hours on cooking, so we have often nice and easy made meals in the week. But I cook from ''scratch'', as it is very limited what we can buy of pre products in the grocery stores in Norway. We live on the West coast of Norway, and we have real good fish and other seafood here. My kids love my homebaked pizza. My daughter, who is 14 can eat 12 slices of that pizza! She is tall and slender for her age ... but 12 slices! Me oh my! ^_^

Scratch is the best way to cook, I understand it is hard to work raise kids and have the energy to cook from scratch every day, Pluss take care of your husband.

I have to say it would be a blessing to me to live somewhere I could get "FRESH" seafood, I live in the desert southwest and the only time I get anything close to fresh seafood is when I take vacation and go to California.

I have a small errand to take care of so if you don't mind, could you keep an eye on the place and I'll be back in about 1/2 hour. T/Y
