Aaand as expected, OP skillfully cut out the most interesting part.

Even in those two elections, the number of republican representatives leaving office early is higher than the one of democrat representatives.

Simply telling us the name of the site is not particularly useful, as there's a lot of things on the site; it's far easier to just offer a direct link.
Post 16. If you still cannot find it, IMHO you shouldn’t be on the internet

If I was a Democrat I would want to leave because it has too far to the left and is entertaining some radical untested ideas.

Behind closed doors I think many are unhappy with Biden but trying to spin your way out of embarrassment is a typical task for a politician

Even Democrats don’t like Biden?

(Since I’m loath to do the footwork myself)…How many of each party are from “safe districts”, (districts that will likely stay red (or blue))?
The three youngest of the Democratic House 'retirees' are

48: Wiley Nickel in a district newly gerrymandered (unconstitutionally, but later constitutionally when the makeup of the state Supreme Court changed) in North Carolina to favor Republicans. He is considering a 2026 Senate run.
50: Derek Kilmer "His seat should remain in Democratic hands, with the district voting by double digits for President Joe Biden in 2020."
55: Jennifer Wexton "Wexton was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease a few months ago, but her statement Monday said that her doctor had “modified my diagnosis to Supra-nuclear Palsy – a kind ‘Parkinson’s on Steroids.’”"

The rest are in the 60s, 70s and 80s.

Since I loath to do research that is easily found … I don’t know.

A very cursory scan shows that most R seat would be “safe”: mostly same for “blue”, too.

This rates 166 Democrats as being in "safe" districts and 181 Republicans in "safe" districts. In addition to those, there are 24 "likely" Democratic districts, 20 "likely" Republican districts, 12 "leans" Democrat, 9 "leans" Republican, with 23 being toss-ups.
