Well, if the bible is the divinely inspired word of God, shouldn't it be under God's protection? What can satan do to sterilize it?

We are told that Satan was defeated by an angelic army led by Michael the Archangel in prehistory and again by Jesus on the cross 2000 years ago. And yet Satan, if he exists, remains free to work evil in the world. So was Satan defeated or not?

Satan is the scapegoat for a badly thought out flawed God, believers need someone to blame and carry the can for their Gods continual incompetence, the more their God fails the greater their need for Satan.

I have no idea, as to me he is fictional,.....but if I were to guess, his defeat was temporary? Like any antagonist in a TV series,....the show must go on

Considering we have 100% undeniable scientific proof that a world wide flood did not happened, that we're not going to find any is a given.

On what planet? Uranus? Jupiter? Certainly not earth, that's for sure.

That's actually false...
Science can't prove to you what is certainly correct. But it CAN prove what is certainly wrong.

A global flood (at any time in history) is one of those things.
Such a global flood, makes loads of testable predictions.

Not a single one of the predictions tests succesfully. All of them are utter failures.
So, yes... science most certainly has proven that this specific event has never happened.
In a multitude of ways, from various angles. The best ones being genetics (no bottlenecks) and geology (no global flood deposits).



You certainly can repeat that again.

Indeed... "faith" is what you require when you don't have scientific facts to support your beliefs.

You should reflect on that.

And a lack of faith is similar to lacking the appropriate number of legs on a stool you try to sit on. You end up butt-hurt in the end when science cannot save you.

Faith is sitting when you have no idea if there is a stool, you just hope there is one, while with science and engineering you can actually build a stool...
