Question about Smart donation service of Tax management nz re church tithe "donations"

hi there got questions for my Brothersand sisters in Christ ,
I got a form from Radio Rhema about Smart Donation tax management they contact the charities for you and sort everything (you dont have to provide receipts as long as you can verify it) out my question is this possible for my church they only let me claim for the previous last year. Im a bit confused i wondered cause ive got 3-4 years of not claiming tithe donations from church- no receipts Ive only got this years but yeh if you know about this or have some advice, used Smart donation before would appreciate hearing from you otherwise I contact them if your interested yourself www.tmnz.co.nz Thanks
