Automatic writing was just a therapeutic method I learned way back to get congested thoughts out, and realized I was conducting other people's thoughts. Psychics do something else, I don't have access to that.

It's just writing stuff that's in your subconscious, it's possible my use of the term automatic writing is just a metaphor, since I wasn't trained by anyone who also did automatic writing.

It's incredibly useless when it comes to making money, the signals are not mind to mind, but emotion to emotion, then translated to english so a lot is lost in translation.

There were times where I couldn’t even stop my hand from shaking as I pushed a bunch of chips into the pot, because my emotions were jumping out of my seat that I had the winning hand (FYI, that’s often a misinterpreted poker tell, people tend to think that you are prone to uncontrollable shaking if you’re bluffing, but it’s the opposite). So if you could simply hone in on bare emotional states maybe it would work with practice!

I wonder what remote viewing is exactly. The government doesn’t exactly fund programs that are based on hocus pocus. There are supposedly straight forward techniques to train for (and/or find out if you have a gift for) remote viewing, but I never got into it. Have you heard of remote viewing? And if so would you consider it to be an occult practice?
