My house is now as clean as it's going to get. I have a whopping headache and I'm nauseated. I have to go pick up Andrew in 25 minutes then the "fun" begins...

Oh yikes Court. Think this is the time for quadruple sized prayers even ! Many many prayers coming your way. I am sure the house looks beautiful. Anyway, a house is a home not a showpiece so don't worry about what MIL thinks. Praying that you get a nice surprise and MIL behaves herself and is even nice ! LOL

Thank each of you so much for your prayers! I love you! I slept a bit last night and my headache is better. Now my stomach is messed up.

I am praying hard for Andrew today. I am really still worried about his regular teacher not being there. He is just so sensitive and I find it hard to trust people with him. We are also experiencing some bad weather and I am worried about driving him to and from school.

Court, I am so pleased that at least your headache is better. Sorry to hear about the stomach though. That is the pits isn't it?

Lord, please make Court's stomach better and help her to relax about Andrew. Please guide this substitute teacher such that she understands Andrew's sensitivity and looks after him well. Please protect this precious little boy.

Lord, we also pray for Court as she drives to and from school, and please calm the weather - help her to deal with whatever comes her way today, and surround her with your love. Hold her and Andrew in your arms and may nothing happen to hurt or frighten them. Thankyou Lord. Amen

I just went to school to have lunch with Andrew (my hubby and his mom went out) and my poor little boy is having a rough day. He says the subsitute is really strict so he's afraid of her. Poor baby was crying for me not to leave. Broke my heart! Praying the rest of his day gets better.

I can barely eat anything....(a heck of a way to lose weight...HA!). I just want this weekend to be over and for next week to get back to "normal". I just want to hold my baby in my arms and let him know it's going to be okay.

Now my husband feels like he is getting sick.

I love each of you and keep you in my prayers as well.

Awww, Court. I almost cried when you said you just want to hold your baby in your arms and let him know it's going to be okay. What a wonderful love you have between the two of you. This is a wonderful blessing from God, Court, and you are such a wonderful mother. I can just feel the love in all that you write. Precious Andrew can't go far wrong with all that love surrounding him and upholding him. He is going to be okay.

Oh dear about the stomach. The one thing you know about this though, is that it will pass. It is probably part of whatever bug you have had?

Sorry to hear your husband is getting sick too, now. I pray that your MIL does not catch it.

Lord, please strengthen and sustain Court through this really difficult weekend. Please may her MIL be in a good mood and not cast negative energy around. Please keep both Court and little Andrew safe. Protect both of them. We ask in gratitude for the great love that you have for all of us. Thankyou Lord that we can come to you as little children and ask for what we need. Lord, please grant Court whatever she needs this weekend. Please bless her home and make it a nice place to be, such that whoever enters there will be unable to cast any negative energy around.

I adore my friends on CF! Thank you for your prayers and thank you so much for caring! It means so much to me!

I actually slept well last night and woke up headache-free. My stomach is still questionable, but has been for the past 6 or so months. rowantree- I think there's something wrong other than the virus...thus the upcoming endoscopy.

I got to hug and hold my baby boy past night. He was so upset about school. He said he was so upset when I left after lunch that he almost threw up. I just want him to be at peace and be happy. The good news is that it's a 3 day weekend and I can love on him all I want!

My poor husband IS sick now. He is sleeping and has a very sore throat. I am praying that it isn't what Andrew and I had as it was really bad.

My MIL has been okay to be around so far. I am praying the weekend goes well as with a sick hubby I will be "on" for all the entertaining and waiting on her (she is fairly frail and can't do much for herself).

It has gotten really COLD here, but Andrew wants to take his Grandma to a Fall festival (which is outdoors) today. I am really debating whether or not it's a good idea as I don't want anyone getting sick again.

Glad you are feeling a little better, sweetie - and that you have time to spend with Andrew over the weekend.
Praying that hubby recovers quickly and that MIL stays ok.
Fresh air might do you all good if you wrap up warm, sweetie - viruses don't like the cold!

Still praying for you Court. Wondering how you are doing, but know you must be soooo busy with all those people to look after. I am so pleased you got to hug your baby boy. I am sorry that he had a difficult time at school, but he is with you now, and I am praying that the circumstances of this weekend do not cause him any difficulties. I am so sorry your husband is sick now, too, and really praying hard that your MIL does not get sick as well.

I know that this weekend will be a real trial for you Court, but you have come through amazingly, so far, and you can do this too. I am longing for you to be able to have some "me" time soon - maybe a time with Andrew undisturbed by anybody else, and time just to be still and to take in God's grace and peace.

Hubby is sick and in bed sleeping so I am not sure what we are going to do today.

Andrew was telling me last night that he never wants to go to school again as Friday was so hard for him. I am trying to encourage him that his regular teacher will be back and that it will be okay, but he is really distressed about it. At least he has a three day weekend and does not have to go back until Tues.

I am on "auto-pilot" trying to cook for everyone and keep everyone peaceful.

My MIL gave Andrew "healing crystals" last night that I am not to thrilled about. She was telling him that they have different "powers". I had to talk to her about not doing that. It was really hard.

Hey Court - sorry to hear about MIL with the crystals or whatever it was. God is stronger than all that rubbish though. Keep praying and keep His light in your home and I am sure it will be O.K.

I am just so sorry that you are having to look after so many people though. Phew! You must be exhausted. I hope that you have been able to keep Andrew and MIL happy for the day and that no negative energy caused problems in your home. God WILL see you through this. You are one stong and wonderful woman. You did so well to tell your MIL about the crystals. You have made your stand, and God will look after you.

I am sorry Andrew has been so upset about school though. Praying that it will all come right for him and that he will settle down again once his teacher is back.

Hubby still very sick. MIL still "pushing" healing crystals.

Andrew is very worried about school tomorrow. He went to bed last night crying about it and woke up this morning talking about it. He says he's afraid of, "bad kids and substitutes." I just want him to be at peace and be happy!

Court, you are SOOO strong. The healing crystals - oh dear I am sorry to hear about that. We will pray that nothing negative happens as a result of this constant pushing.

I am so sad that Andrew has had to deal with this substitute teacher. I know that for a sensitive child this seems like a huge mountain to deal with. I feel for him so much. I also feel for you because you love him so much and feel his pain too.
