Once again, the scripture is speaking about overdressing. Nothing about going topless in there. Sorry, I don’t accept your opinion over the plain meaning of scripture.

The scripture states "decently" I even bolded that for you plus gave you the definition of "decent" to which you replied it was irrelevant to topic, lol, while your mind completely blocked out that very term that WAS relevant. Amazing.

You were using Webster’s, an adequate general usage dictionary. If you had used a good Bible dictionary you would have a stronger case, but you didn’t do that. A modern dictionary doesn’t explain how the term was used in Biblical times. Further, the verse defines itself. It is talking about modesty and explains that means overdressing. Hence what you said is irrelevant here.

LOL! Hilarious, like that has something to do with anything to subject.

You see, saying something that sounds wise to you, when it has absolutely nothing to do with the subject is not only far from a defense, it indicates the comment is anything but wise.

When spell checking and comments that are completely and very badly off topic become ones defense, I think you have both have reached the point of being beyond my help.

Don’t say that what I wrote isn’t responsive to the subject—it was written in direct response to an earlier post. My comments have certainly not been off topic to the nothing but opinion that others keep offering.
