Not a bit. Paul was entirely Catholic. Titus was a bishop appointed by Paul.

The Catholic Church doesn't forbid marriage. I'm married.
And, if your referring to the celibacy of priests, that's a discipline, not a doctrine.

The attribution of those words to saint Francis of Assisi is incorrect. Such expressions are widely attributed to Francis, but no published source has yet been located prior to the early 1990s.
A similar sentiment is expressed in writings contemporary with saint Francis:
- love one another, as the Lord says: "This is My commandment, that you love one another, as I have loved you." And let them show their love by the works they do for each other, according as the Apostle says: "let us not love in word or in tongue, but in deed and in truth."
- That the Brothers ought not to speak or detract, but ought to love one another.

Paul was not not Roman Catholic, he was an apostle of Christ. Paul didn't forbid marriage for bishops or for any church leader or member, that's a false doctrine which only Roman Catholics teach.

Your first sentence is like saying that an egg is not an egg but a chicken embryo. The apostles were the core of the Catholic Church. The Church doesn't forbid marriage, the Church requires a priest to give the gift of his sexuality to God.

Paul would not pray to mary, bow to a pope or command priests to be abstinent, so no Paul was not RC.

Bill Clinton tried to redefine the definition of sexual relations so he could avoid perjury, but that wont work with God, no lawyer can outwit God and we will al stand before the judgment seat, the heck with denominations and Popes, im following only Christ because its the only safe way.

Then you understand wrong. Mandatory celibacy for priests is a discipline, not a doctrine. It can be removed at any time. Also, the celibacy of our priests, as well as the celibacy of St. Paul is based on the celibacy of Christ, so, I'm not sure why this would cause any controversy among non-Catholic Christians.
This upcoming Sunday, those of us in the Latin rite will hear this upcoming gospel:
Gospel Lk 16:1-13
Jesus said to his disciples,
A rich man had a steward
who was reported to him for squandering his property.
He summoned him and said,
What is this I hear about you?
Prepare a full account of your stewardship,
because you can no longer be my steward.
The steward said to himself, What shall I do,
now that my master is taking the position of steward away from me?
I am not strong enough to dig and I am ashamed to beg.
I know what I shall do so that,
when I am removed from the stewardship,
they may welcome me into their homes.
He called in his masters debtors one by one.
To the first he said,
How much do you owe my master?
He replied, One hundred measures of olive oil.
He said to him, Here is your promissory note.
Sit down and quickly write one for fifty.

Now, my question to you is, if you can't be trusted with small things (like a Catholic discipline), why should you be trusted with great things (like the bible)?
