REACH UP

Jud 1:20 But you, beloved, build yourselves up [founded] on your most holy faith [ make progress, rise like an edifice higher and higher], praying in the Holy Spirit;

Come up higher in your prayer life, come closer to Jesus. Our rightful place is seated in the heavenlies with Christ.

Col 3:2 And set your minds and keep them set on what is above (the higher things), not on the things that are on the earth

Our minds should be set on higher things, we should live for Jesus 24/7

REACH OUT

Mat 28:18 Jesus approached and, breaking the silence, said to them, All authority (all power of rule) in heaven and on earth has been given to Me.
Mat 28:19 Go then and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them into the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,
Mat 28:20 Teaching them to observe everything that I have commanded you, and behold, I am with you all the days perpetually, uniformly, and on every occasion), to the [very] close and consummation of the age. Amen (so let it be).


We have to reach out to the people out there with the gospel of Jesus Christ. All of us whether our mission field is at work, in our neighbourhood or whatever have been given this commission.

Joh 15:12 This is My commandment: that you love one another [just] as I have loved you.
Joh 15:13 No one has greater love [no one has shown stronger affection] than to lay down (give up) his own life for his friends.
Joh 15:14 You are My friends if you keep on doing the things which I command you to do.
Joh 15:15 I do not call you servants (slaves) any longer, for the servant does not know what his master is doing (working out). But I have called you My friends, because I have made known to you everything that I have heard from My Father. [I have revealed to you everything that I have learned from Him.]
Joh 15:16 You have not chosen Me, but I have chosen you and I have appointed you [I have planted you], that you might go and bear fruit and keep on bearing, and that your fruit may be lasting [that it may remain, abide], so that whatever you ask the Father in My Name [as presenting all that I AM], He may give it to you.
Joh 15:17 This is what I command you: that you love one another.

We have been given a charge to love one another as He has loved us, and no greater love has any man ever had than demonstrated in the love of Christ Jesus for us.He wants us to love one another like He loves.

REACH DOWN

Mat 5:3 Blessed (happy, to be envied, and spiritually prosperous--with life-joy and satisfaction in God's favor and salvation, regardless of their outward conditions) are the poor in spirit (the humble, who rate themselves insignificant), for theirs is the kingdom of heaven!

We ought to humble ourselves, count ourselves insignificant is what Jesus said.

1Pe 5:6 Therefore humble yourselves [demote, lower yourselves in your own estimation] under the mighty hand of God, that in due time He may exalt you,

If we humble ourselves, lower ourselves in our own estimation God will in due time exalt us.

So may we reach up, reach out and reach down this year 2009.

Hallelujah! I just need to make sure that where I wanna go go go is where He wants me to go go go. It answers in part, I know it would glorify Him, and it's a part of His will being that it will produce good fruit,...but is that door open? He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life, and is this the door He unlocked? Or will I have to keep checking the door knob? (Make any sense at all there? lol ) Thank you for such a precious word!

Right now, I'm just spending my whole days getting closer to our Father, studying His Word and I am definitely progressing spiritually, developing gifts and all. It's all great and stuff, however I'm pretty isolated (don't get the wrong idea here, I have a very loving family and the Lord has been SO good to me) and not really bearing fruit outside of intercession and my own development. So I'm a little torn here, even though I feel like the Lord is telling me that He has me in this season of just preparing me, I myself feel like I should be doing things to help others. So that's pretty much it.

P.S. I have a lot of dreams which I really don't understand, should I post them here or is there another thread specified for that? Also do you think that all dreams have significance, or some of them are just wild adventures of vanity?

You're feeling the compassion and the pull to the Ministry! All are called to the Ministry of Jesus to minister at work and at the grocery store etc,..but few are chosen for office of evangelist, pastor, apostle, teacher, prophet etc etc. Before you go to sleep ask the Lord to talk to you in your dreams and walk with you in your dreams. Sure post your dreams up here! It's amazing to see how the Lord teaches us!

Don't rush too far ahead before your time, God has so much for you, but seek after Him, to really know Him, to hear His voice clearly, from there the doors will open.

All are called to the Ministry of Jesus to minister at work and at the grocery store etc,..but few are chosen for office of evangelist, pastor, apostle, teacher, prophet etc etc. Before you go to sleep ask the Lord to talk to you in your dreams and walk with you in your dreams. Sure post your dreams up here! It's amazing to see how the Lord teaches us!

I definitely have felt the call to ministry and have kind of developed a "Woe to me, if I don't preach the gospel" mentality because the call has been so strong.

As for my dreams, which I have almost every night, feel VERY realistic even as strange as they are and I don't realize that it's not real until I wake up. However, they are so bizzare and random I can't help feeling that they are just meaningless. I'll write down whatever dream I have tonight (assuming I will have one) and post it here so you can see what I'm talking about. I'll ask this question again, do you think all dreams have significance or no?

Thanks, that's basically confirmation of what I've felt the Lord has been telling me, but out of zeal I've been wanting to rush and do "more".

Yes, I'm know the River very well. I actually went to school there, but I had joined out of being pressured to do so. After going for a little while, I couldn't take it anymore because I absolutely knew that I wasn't suppose to be there (at the school) and I was acting outside of where God wanted me (I would spend three years there if I had decided to just "tough it out"). However, I have nothing, but good to say about their ministry there. Awesome worship, preaches the Word, massive compassion for God and for winning souls.

He gives dreams. But they won't leave you confused He will tell you what they mean. You will have a "feeling" like compassion or such and you'll know it's a "Come Hither" and "Come Higher" type thing otherwise don't sweat em. We can help you interpret them if you're in a tight spot,..otherwise ask God to walk with you and talk with you in your dreams and if it's not of Him or you processing a word He gave you that you don't want it. You'll find sleep so much sweeter! Praying for ya!

I had an open vision I think you guys might like to know. I walked to take the trash our yesterday and I heard a still small voice say look up. I looked up and I saw a golden "force field" or "Embryo" around the earth, and I saw people praising God and their desperation was drawing and convexing in the embryon and pulling down toward the individuals. As a person would get tired the "tornado" would snap back into place and sparks would be set off as "Glory Rain" and it would slowly float down like feathers. This continued for awhile then I saw in the distance dark amber clouds rolling in small at first. More and more "tornados" were forming as everyone got together to "draw breath" through the "embryo" and the clouds began to thicken. Then it formed a "hurricane" called a Glory Storm and the Lord asked "Are you ready" and I said "Yea I'm ready lets go" and He said "Really? What would you do if it were to happen now?" and I said "I don't know". Then there was a pause,..a selah and He said "Then you're not ready. Athletes prepare before they are expected to perform. The prepare for their race." I started talking to the Lord, about my desire to go to Bethel and He said "If my Glory Storm were to happen now there wouldn't be enough time for you to go to school for 3 years before partaking" and I told Him "You can accelerate my learning! I just want to fellowship with people who are of like faith and walk with em as we go out and pray for the sick and tormented. Send me where you want as long as you're there and you're the one teaching!" And as if you could feel it I felt the Father smile at me and it lifted.

Beautiful Vision
I really really really do believe this year is going to be the greatest Unity in the Body of Christ that we've ever seen, by far on a global scale in a revolutionary way And the things that you mentioned will all be a result of this Great Unity. The huge storm being the greatest revival all around the earth in the power of the Holy Spirit in all of History of the Church (save the time Jesus walking the earth and the apostles establishing the church). I'll keep you in prayer.

Yea get one up here when ya can I'd like to see what the Lord may be sharing with ya! Who knows it might be meant for someone here!

Keep praying guys I think this next movement of God is gonna be more than just a movement. It's gonna be permanent it won't be revival and then go home,...it'll be revival and go with you everywhere you go!

Pray for me I dunno if this school I've been praying about is in His plans or not. I felt a very strong pull there. I say felt because right now It's late I'm sleepy and the only thing I feel right now is my eyelids getting heavier lol
