There isn't enough room here, and it's not the place anyway, to get into all the fallacies -- theological and scientific -- in these sites. But I invite you to the Creation and Evolution forum to discuss them in more detail.

I will say to Rolf, please don't take these sites as necessary or typical of Christianity. They are more likely to drive you away from Christianity than bring you to it. If you have parents or your own background in science, you will see the fallacy in them and think all Christianity is like this. Please don't.

Read through 3 chapters of psalms and 2 chapters of proverbs every day and see how they make you feel. These are the words of wisdom and praise in the bible, and they express how very early believers in God felt and thought. These folks were inspired by God. Do you think they're crazy? Are they consistent in their speech? Do they seem wise or dumb? Do you feel like David did in some of his psalms? The bible is an experience, not just a literary work.
