Wild times ahead!
Revelation 20:6 Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.
Jesus will come back to planet Earth and physically reign on this earth for 1000 years (the 7th day; the Sabbath day rest) we, who are part of the first resurrection will reign with Him on earth. This period will be a peaceful time where the lion lays down with the lamb and war in not known. A 1000 year reign of peace with Jesus ruling from Jerusalem and the nations going up to see Him. This happens after the tribulation period.
At the end of this 1000 year period, Satan will be let loose for a short while. Then is the end for Satan forever.
We come back to earth riding white horses behind our leader Jesus and then the 1000 years will begin. We will be in our glorified bodies like Jesus is. We will be priests of God and of Christ.
Exciting times are just ahead of us. (1) The resurrection (rapture), (2) judgment for what we have done in our bodies for the kingdom (Not sins, those are forgiven), (3) the wedding and (4) wedding feast, and then (5) on the white horses to return with Jesus for the 1000 year reign on Earth.
All of this is very hard to comprehend; we will have to live it to really know what it is all about. I am sure there is a lot that is not being told to us on this matter that we will find out when it comes. Priests of God and of Christ!
The Rapture (which we concentrate on a lot) is going to be wild but to reign on Earth as Priests of God and of Christ with Jesus for 1000 years is totally wild.
We should all put up a sign in our homes that reads:
WILD TIMES AHEAD!!
