Why do people call writing in caps yelling?

How long have you been online? This has been known since the early days of message boards and bulletin boards online. All caps is rude, is is the equivalent of shouting, and it is not considered good "netiquette".

Well, you keep mentioning Romans 8:10 and faith, but faith isn't mentioned. Paul isn't giving and order of salvation here. He's giving an indicative statement.

It is a very clear order. It is not "you are righteous because your spirit is alive".
