thanks for saying "continuing" our son died almost 5 years ago and mothers day was especially hard. He died on father's day weekend, so fathers day is especially hard for my husband. I think too many people forget that the pain of lose and missing continues and the reminders never stop....thanks for remembering that.

May they know that other people truly care and wish them to know they are there for them. Father God, we humbly come to you in prayer for Laura's family. Please give them the strength and understanding they need to continue their day to day tasks, give this family forgiveness so they will not blame themselves but continue to seek You, Father God. Lord, I ask that in this time of need that you will make this family stronger so that they learn more towards you rather than their own understanding. Father God, Your word says You will never leave us, so please hold this family's hand and guide their path's in this time of need. Lord, give them patience so that they will not be easy to anger in this time but lean on each other to help them with their grieve. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.
