Prayers for Boss's husband

My boss, Bridget, has her husband in the hospital. Several weeks ago he was told he had a bronchial infection, but medicine did not work. A week and a half later he went in, still sick as ever, and they told him it had turned into pneumonia. After another week of treatment, there is no improvement. Now they are saying they think it's cancer, he's on a breathing tube and they are removing water from his lungs today. Please pray it's not cancer, but that if it is, it's treatable. Please pray for protection, healing, wisdom, strength, faith and comfort for them both.

Father God we pray for Bridget's husband, let you please heal him from bronchial infection, pneumonia, or cancer, or whatever sickness he is struggling with.
