CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I got back from wedding today at 2pm. Had been suffering over the 2 days there with odema. Phoned 111 on arriving home and they immediately sent an ambulance and I am in A and E at present and they are checking swelling on feet,ankles,legs,knees and stomach and pain in lower back and shoulders I shall be in acute care tonight. So,please pray for me. I shall not be up to much on here today and tomorrow. Love you all! qb

Really sorry to hear that qb. You can be absolutely assured that all of us here will be thinking of you and remembering you in prayer. Trusting that the Lord will draw especially close to you at this time, those looking after you in hospital, and we pray particularly for healing in Jesus's name.
