Prayer requests

Sorry I have been busy and not able to log on as much as usual. I have tried to catch up with the requests and I am praying. sorry especially to hear about Kay's troubles around the 15th I do hope that the oppression is lifting sis. And keep I had forgotten about the thumb surgery hang in their.
Please pray for me I am trying my hardest toget all of our taxes done. so far I have done 3 of my sons.(Ihave never done them before but we have been teaching the Math Application students how so I thot I would try. I don't think I can tackle hubby's and mine too complicated. We will try to do them together with the help of a program. Anyway it does cause a bit of pressure.
Also I would like to ask that you please lift our church up in prayer, it is a tiny wee thing and seems to be getting smaller all the time.
And now our Pastor is on stress leave for personal issues. He feels bad but we don't want him to come back before he is ready. Actually I am getting a chance to do more music ministry and expand my role by choosing the songs and actually leading our team. (It is mostly our family. Hubby and two sons. ) but it is a great experience. I guess we need the Holy Spirits strength to shine as a small group after all Jesus started with only 12. Jan

I will pray...

I had my left hand in a cast for about 6 weeks once...for wrist surgery...I had a crawling baby boy in the house at that time...don't remember how I got through...but I do remember that cast really was painful...they had set pressures points on the hand & wrist some way...I also got depressed from something that should have been and was pretty simple. Someone said the drugs and anesthetics can make a person depressed...I am not a medical expert on it tho.

"taxes": whoever complicates the "code" more, doesn't even understand it! - getting it done, by March 3rd, is always a relief!!

Actually being the Music-leader is such a JOY , do led by the Spirit enjoy... every minute

From hard-experience, I learned:
Do not 24/7 selflessly love...care...contribute... to everyone else's needs,
while believing wholeheartedly JESUS will take care of our own basic needs,
like sleep.

But, this is my belief...
to selflessly give, whatever I have, whenever I can
and according to how I feel, the spirit leads me

The 'truth' is, that I cannot give MORE than I am given, to give
that if, there IS a 'limit'..... [?]
then that, will be decided by a power greater than any man

I once, made a hangman's noose... and stepped up to it 'unafraid'
The world, [my world] had sucked me dry and deserted me
at a time I was made so ill, that, I didn't know how much longer I had-left
my physical discomfort was INVISIBLE to my family
such that they openly 'denounced me' as SHAMMING illness
out of laziness... ~they, missed my 'breadwinning'

I heard a 'voice' from within me [not, with my ears]
"wait, until morning, things will be different then"

The 'voice' had been FIRM, though not commanding
My thoughts then were 'again' of, reconciliation
But, this was not the outcome of my stepping down and awakening next day

The reaction, of my then estranged spouse, to the discovery of the noose
exposed the real person beneath [the past, sweet exterior]
which imparted to me, that the loss, that I had perceived was to be mine
was indeed... a lifting, of an undeserved and parasitic burden

What followed in the time then to come...
began with a lack of torment followed by the ending of responsibility for that past
and the gradual restoring of faith as my path, was then lit by angels

Strength, is relative to the task with which we are faced
but His strength the MORE is
Who, shall fear becoming surrounded by lions when He loves us ?
