Please pray for my husband this week-end. He is scheduled to an elective surgery on the 28th, but has hurt the hamstring in his leg pretty badly. Happened once before and he had to have oral cortisone. But...this time if he has to have the cortisone, he will have to delay the surgery. Please pray for a rapid healing of his leg.

Please pray also that nothing will cause surgery to have to be re-scheduled...unless of course, there's some reason it should be. Thanks.

Hi Golden Eagles, Again thanks for prayers for my aunt. She has a heart condition and that appears to have stabilized, but it will be a long recovery.

Two other requests -- my friend Beth has entered hospice for her brain tumor. Prayers for comfort and relief from her pain.

Asking prayers for my colleague Pat. Her brother, who is in the US Navy, was swept overboard yesterday. I am heart sick for her.

Those are both so sad. Praying Buttercup .

Thanks, the last time this happened, his orthopedist said it was a pulled hamstring, but an unfortunate time to happen....not that any time is good but you know what I mean.

Kitty's Dad's wake is this Thursday from 5to 8 in Rockford, IL and Mass is on Fri in Belvidere and interment is in Des Plaines, IL Please pray for Kittystorm.

I've had a really serious bout of depression this weekend. I think my traumatic memories from early childhood had surfaced again. I'd appreciate prayers, especially as they get confused with Christian things, and I get a wrong idea of God. Also for my unsaved cousin, who may have to have her heart stopped and started again. I also have 2 prayer requests tonight~
a youth group in East Texas had a serious bus wreck yesterday with one death and many injuries. Supposedly the youth pastor sustained a serious brain injury. The bus blew a tire. They were from First Baptist Church in Shreveport.

Someone I worked with named Linda needs prayer. She is in the latter stages of cancer. Short of a miracle, she will not make it. But I do believe in miracles! I think she knows the Lord, but I'm not totally sure. So please pray however you feel led. Thanks.

No update about bus wreck, but one report did indicate that 2 of the girls are still "fighting for their lives." So please continue to pray.
