As Christians, we should all give thanks that this world is not our home. We are just passing through. I was thinking about this beautiful portion of Scripture:

Romans 8:26-28 KJV Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. 27. And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God. 28. And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

Praying for all those affected by the terrorist attacks in London, and for those helping the injured and bereaved. Also praying for peace and security, and for a calm week leading up to the general election on Thursday, with protection for all our politicians.

and also for God's grace to touch those, that would harm another 'innocent'

Amen! I join in these prayers. I think that I'm doing pretty good. I go back in the hospital on this coming June 8th to see if the cancer is still gone. If so, I have other doctors to see about several other problems. I'm really optimistic that things are going to be positive. Thank you sincerely for your prayers.
