I had a terrible shock Friday afternoon...my husband passed away from a massive heart attack....my family is with me....I'm fine...in shock and hurting bad, but pretty ok. All prayers so welcome.

With Deepest Sympathy to you, angelwind! I will keep you in my prayers, sending hugs your way!

Hi folks, well in my grief I have decided to adopt a poodle puppy that is 250 miles away... and I'm driving up to get him, by myself. I do drive okay, fine, but have to take lots of breaks and stretch, and I can't open and close the gas cap by myself (looking for a wrench...),,, this is a brother of one I asked about: calypso's brother Malibu

Pray for traveling mercies and that the dog is healthy and good for me... his parents are therapy dogs and the owners wanted to breed for a replacement and of course they got more than one... so the story goes and not wanting to sell they donated them to the Fur Kids Pet Rescue in Ocala, FL. Pray also that the disability insurance company will reimbursement for him and the trip?

Oh and that the night in the hotel / motel (I don't know where I'm going!) is safe... I can't drive round trip in one day.
I've been sobbing for 3 solid weeks hours each day over my caleb... maybe Malibu will help me feel better while he's learning to help me. He's 4 months old already!

I managed to get to one appointment but not the other, but I plan to do so in a couple of weeks, as I think it is the Lord's direction for me.

Praise God, I managed to get to it on Monday, and believe the Lord is opening up something! Thanks for your prayers.

I had a fairly good trip... considering it's the first I've taken by myself in ... wow, years! (Not since Caleb was a puppy and couldn't go..) A few glitches but not with the new puppy. Here he is sitting with me at a restaurant Saturday night (I was hungry!) A perfect gentleman.

I know I "should" be tickled...and I am...but I am so grieving Caleb...with unexpected sudden crying jags of deep sobbing and sorrow... I can hardly stand to live! Please continue to pray that my sorrow will lift... but every thing about a new puppy reminds me of my first service dog dying and Caleb's puppyhood. I feel like a woos.

IDK if my doctor's second round of chemo went well and if he will be in office tomorrow. Pray for him as well, please... he's battling for his life and I'm crying over a dead dog! It's not right.

Praise God you had a fairly good trip Jean and have a new dog. that your grief for Caleb will subside in due course , and that your new dog will settle in quickly. Prayers, also for your doctor.

I am new here but I was wondering if you could pray for me I went to the Dr. in January with a cough they did an x ray and said I was fine. They called a few days ago and said they read the x ray wrong and I had pneumonia so they prescribed antibiotics for me. Thanks Cat

(((Cat))) pneumonia is the pits! Meds help immensely.


Please do remember my doctor in prayer. He said the second round of chemo wasn't as bad, but he still isn't in office this week. IDK but he said before that chemo was every 2 weeks... so IDK if that means he's out with round 3 next week...?

Thanks for all your prayers... my grief for Caleb still hits me hard... but I have been able to laugh at times at "Malibu".
