  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

please pray she will have the strength to make the right decision and come to know the Lord Jesus as her Saviour

Prayers for strength and a quick recovery. I’ve walked in her shoes myself nearly 3 years ago now when I was pregnant with the twins. Whatever she decides I hope she can feel at peace with it.

Father God, I bring before You this child and this Mom. The enemy has plans to destroy them both. I thank You that we know that You are greater than he who has destructive plans. Please Father, in the name of Jesus, we ask supernatural protection on both mother and child. I don't know where the father is in this situation but give him what he needs to step up to the plate and accept the gift that you have given to him. Help him to take responsibility for the blessings and find his way to You. Father, I ask that You block the way for an abortion and open the way of provision for the life of this child. I pray that this Mom will be surrounded with love and protection as will her child. We ask for salvation for both mother and child. Thank You Father. Amen
