Lord my mum keeps jumping to conclusions about me..how can she stop this? I don't always have to ask for her permission to do anything! She always blames me..

Lord show me a place I can go..pref soonish rather than later. I'm so tired. I need rest, and I get none when she is around.

Bless you and thank you for prayers, mum is coming round. Pray that the funds I have are released soon, I don't know why it's being delayed, I have a property to buy in mind.
It already has an offer on it, I will do a back up offer. Pray that I will have enough work in this new place to live on and it's God's will for me to live there. Lord don't let me do anything rash that I might regret later. I really need to move out.

Lord thank you the funds will come in next week, pray it all goes smoothly, if cannot buy a property maybe show me a business or somewhere to travel so that I can go on doing your good works.
Lord this samaritans purse thing for the operation christmas child I love to do except was so tired..just been exhausted this week..if I stay at home I will keep on doing ministry like bible reading, community meals, gardening etc but I really need a paying job preferably in another town..or the prospect of one.
I don't think it's likely my prince will come and whisk me off my feet to another land anytime soon...I guess I can only hope. And even if he did come, he would need my Dad's approval, I don't know about mums..at least one of them would have to bless any marriage, and I don't want to dishonor my parents by eloping. Arrgh!

Lord what is wrong with me? Everything. Sometimes I wonder why I am even born, I am such a burden and can't do anything right no matter how hard I try..but self-pity don't help anyone..yet when I live here, I just pity myself. Am I coveting something I can never have?

Lord I don't know what to do anymore. The bank wont release the funds cos they mucked up and mum offered to loan my bros money instead and give her share to me, acting as a bank. That means...she still has the right to tell me what to do with my own money?

I don't know.
I was thinking of buying a place of my own but its unaffordable here. I will have to move far far away. And be alone.
I was also thinking of buying a business so that I will have a job and income, but then I can never get sick and it will be all up to me, with your help of course, to make it a success. I was thinking a bookstore, even though there is no money in it anymore, I just love books.

Alternatively I could travel, but then mum warns me if I get sick with no insurance, she won't be collecting my body. Great.

Also I don't have any travelling companion. And your word says you send people out two by two.

As for the dream of Prince Willliam landing outside my door in his private jet, sans Catherine and George..come on, is that likely to happen? Don't give me false hope.

Well Lord, I have explored every avenue and I'm just stuck here, destined to be the girl who stayed home all her life until her parents died... possibly from heart attacks caused by their daughters craziness. See it's not my sanity I'm worried about. Don't my mum and dad want to enjoy their lives too...without me?

hallelujah have a plan..thanks Lord for giving me some ideas.

was talking over with my sis yesterday and we want to do something for our mum and dad's ruby wedding anniversary - road trip down south island all the family.

Pray it all works out. Mum always wanted to see Milford Sound. I need to get organised find out all the costs and accomodations etc, arrange leave, timings, and have enough funds to pay for it all. Also if my sis wants to bring her bf he can be like the camera guy. Although it would be an extra person..don't know. I don't have a bf, sadly, but that's something for someone else to pray about.

Need more prayer. I now have my funds now but nowhere to go.

I dont want to stay in a hotel all by myself.

There is not going to be any family trip. My brothers talked about going to china, but i dont want to go there or anywhere with my mother ever again. They all talk and no action.

The only place I can think of is canada, but i dont want to work in a skifield. I have cousins there, but also..its really cold. I will freeze. Im really tired of being at home. I did all the garden but mum doesnt appreciate it at all.

I could teach english but I wont cos my voice isnt loud enough and i cant train myself to make it any louder. There are no paying jobs that I can do here.

Why should I move? Bible says if we resist, the devil will flee.

If you could pray that be good cos im all out of ideas.

Im not allowed to buy anything new.
Last night mum went mental over this new bathroom scale that dad bought to replace te old one that was rusty. I did suggest to dad to buy a new one and he got rid of the old one. We could not even read the measurements on it.

Mum then went irrational and said i dont even use the bathroom scale anyway. Why is she holding on to rusty junk that doesnt even work??? Then she said i never cook or clean which is a lie. Now I dont want to do it anymore cos if I do, shell always find something wrong. So if I never cook or clean again I dont know what her problem is, since shes saying I never do it then I wont. She doesnt ask me to do it anyway. She just moans and complains that I dont do it, and when I do I dont do a good enough job. If i do cook a meal, she just find something wrong with it.

Dad is not like this. For example, he mows the lawns, he always does this and never complains that I dont do it.
I do the laundry and dont complain when others dont do it.
I do all the breakfast and lunch dishes.
I drive her places, which she never does even though she has he licence.

I am not the one who is married she is. But she always says bad things about my dad behind his back. I just sometimes wonder why i was born..to be her slave or something? My sister is in London, and she hasnt invited me to see her so no point going there.

Thank you suzee, its very hard at the moment. I dont know what be like if she ever retires. She could if she wanted to but she just wants to keep on at her job. Then she gets crabby coming home from work. Not that she needs to work, dad pays all the bills.

Dad told me the bathroom scales was a wedding present?! I didnt know!! But he was the one that got rid of it. I only suggested...if it meant that much to him he would have kept it right? But it makes no sense that mum would hold on to it rather than appreciate a brand new one that works.

There isnt any likelhood of me getting a steady job in this economy. Im self employed, but to mum that doesnt count as a real job. She just wants me out of the house, even though she asked me to stay and moaned when I left home to go flatting.

Sometimes when we are in an abusive situation we lose confidence in ourselves to do the simplest thing. So we become kind of inert and stuck. This kind of happened to me once when I found myself in an abusive job situation. Once I got out of that place my confidence zoomed and I did very well. My period of abuse was not as long lasting and intense as yours, but I think the same principles apply.

Praying for you to know how to step out and lead your own life and forgive your mother. Praying for her to be healed from what is ailing her, too.

Keeping you in prayer. Hang in there and I have gone through what you are going through. I went through it with my 2 aunts, they both said I was not doing my share and I was, I contributed to their households. Both of them were just very greedy and unappreciative, just wanting to squeeze me dry of everything. They were verbally abusive to me, put me down whenever they could, told lies about me to other family members. I am very grateful to God, for getting me away from them and getting me to a better place.

Lord, be there for Goodbook and give her strength to endure what she is going through. Do not allow her mum to rule her or mistreat her, show her mum what she does wrong and change her heart, soften it. Show Goodbook, you are there for her and will help her get through her situation, that she will be able to move out on her own soon. Let her be able to find a place she can afford and can live at for a long time. I pray for this, in Jesus name, Amen.
