Maybe we should have a vote on what we are supporting since it’s the supporter icon that is changed without exception.

While none are in any way a supporter of CF other than to fund petty cash you can get no-adds just from an adblock.Either that or be pestered by ads.
Yours looks like an arrow marks the spot. lolMine shift according to mood. I’m doing a black and white theme with an air of softness at present. I like that look for this site. Something edgy would seem weird.

No idea who any of those dudes are but I always thought your posts were sensible for the most part. I always enjoy common sense.Mine was selected to give those who jump to conclusions and are not especially aware of the details of WW II a change to make fools of themselves.
It has been amusing to find out how many people have assumed my avatar was a loyal Nazi. And I made it easy and went with Klaus von Stauffenberg rather than Oster or von Tresckow!
I had a big black bug that bled black blood badly.I once had a warrior cat. He got into a dispute with 2 weimaraners. They lost badly.

I know a little bit around events against Hitler according to the saint that hanged for the cause. But politically not much else. My heroes aren’t biblical figures either. My heroes are in ideals and the many steps leading there. It’s not so hard to imagine.Claus von Stauffenberg is the most famous of those involved in teh plots to assassinate Hitler.
Henning von Tresckow was perhaps the central figure in those plots. Hitler called him the evil force behind to plots.
Hans Oster was second in command of the Abwer (German Military Intelligence). He was central to the first attempt by the military to depose Hitler. It fizzled because the plan was to arrest him after teh invasion of Czechoslovakia. When the Czechs received no help form other nations and were quickly overrun it would have been suicide to try that. Oster had planned to double cross everyone, sort of. He conspired with the leader of the commando group to make sure Hitler would tragically be killed in a crossfire. His boss Admiral Canaris was also involved in the plots against Hitler.
All save Tresckow were executed. Tresckow faked an allied attack on the Eastern front and then as he rushed forward in action pulled teh pin on a grenade and held it to his head. Both so he could not reveal anything under torture and to create some small confusion.
I like Oster best. He was cold as ice and saw the inevitable far before others.
There seems to be a growing consensus that the yellow is hard to read. It is.We are playing with colors.
