Mitiog ... "I want to cut today but I'm not going to" - what a wonderful thing to hear you say! It's encouraging to me and to others as well. The urges gets to be so strong but with the help of our Prince and our Heavenly Daddy, they can be beaten down. If you can only focus on getting through the next minute - that's okay. As long as you're focused on getting through it somehow.

Thanks, all of you. The razors didn't win. I went to the launch of our church's Alpha Course last night. We had 100 people in a hotel with a buffet and a band. It was really scary and I had a panic attack but the Lord got me through. I managed to encourage someone to come along to the rest of the course and shared my story with her which was so lovely. Bless you all. One day at a time.

You can get back up and start counting again Gorgeous...and you can know that we're here cheering you on the whole time! You can do it!

I had a hiccup about a month ago, for the first time in four years. I felt like complete rubbish and a failure until someone pointed out, that I hadnt failed, just stumbled

Keep trying, if you have to do life 30mins at a time, then you got to do it...

When things were really bad for me, I would tell myself that if I still felt like cutting in an hour then ... I would make the same deal again, but for two hours

There were times that I did cut, however I found by using this way, that times between each cutting, got further and further between and I eventually managed to stop

Bec. I'm gonna tell you the same thing - hang in there, gorgeous. Cutting isn't worth it. It helps temporarily, perhaps, but in the end ... it harms you more than it helps. You've lasted so long without doing it - I know you can overcome this bad spell now. Praying for you too, love. Ari, you can't fail. Failing means it's absolute and you can never beat it. You can't fail because this isn't impossible to beat - you have the Protector on your side! Nothing can beat that Keep trying and keep counting Gorgeous!
