There is no reason to believe a staffer chosen to do posting for the company, that is familiar with the company environment, would post something on the corporate web site that was not representative of Walmart's corporate attitude.
Why couldn’t he just have posted on the wrong account?

That sort of thing happens more than you'd think. Staffer has access to the company facebook account, forgets to log out and assumes they are in their own. Rookie mistake, but it does happen. Silly things like that happen. I work in marketing (back-end tech side of things) for a fortune 500 company. We once put up a set of images that had Nicholas Cage peeking through the windows and/or bushes of all the houses in the images. We sell houses....

What had happened was that the images kept going back to the group that makes them for editing. The person who did them, despite being friends with the person who kept rejecting them, was getting frustrated at the pickiness and decided to play a joke and sneak in Nick Cage's head into the image set on the next revision. Laughs were had, the approver agreed to stop being so picky and they agreed to use the previous images. Except when they submitted the images to the next person up the line, they accidentally sent the joke images. The next person in line approved them and sent them to our content team, who made them into their appropriate sizes and put them on the website. They passed through 3 people and sat there, on the website, for a week before anybody noticed.

So yeah, I buy that stupid things like an employee accidentally posting to a company's account what should have been posted to a personal account happen.

Wait a minute... what state is God registered in?

We might have finally found some actual election fraud!

God maintains several houses in all the states so He is a registered Republican for all 50.
