Please pray for strength to Love God and Others

Please pray that God gives me strength to Love Him and to Love Others. Please pray that I do not make any excuses for being a low and imperfect human being who cannot love God fully. Also, please pray that I do not have any bad thoughts, words or actions for even a millisecond of my life or even less time.
