What's the problem then?
Somebody is complaining that Planet Fitness canceled her membership after she broke their rules, and somehow this is newsworthy.

I think it being alright for a man being in a woman's locker room is far more of a problem. The man stays and the woman goes, just doesn't bode well when there's numerous situations of men taking over what's supposed to be for women. Women are basically being thrown under the bus in the name of wokeness.

It's hard to take this complaint seriously when it comes from the same ideological wing that spent decades treating feminism as a pejorative and continues to protect sexist attitudes in its churches.

Ironic how it's become reversed.

That taking photos in a locker room is more of an invasion of privacy than that the person was in the locker room to begin with.
Right a man in a women's locker room isn't an invasion of privacy.

The government doesn't need to step in over someone getting banned from a business. But law enforcement used to do something about men in women's locker rooms. Back in the pre bizarro world days.

The government doesn’t need to step in or police should arrest people for being in a room at a private establishment, pick one.

That would be up to Planet Fitness to determine. But even so it doesn't justify what many would find to be a greater invasion of privacy.

Oh yeah, that will solve the whole issue throughout society.
If a private company loses enough business over a particular policy, other private companies are less likely to follow their lead, and the policy may even be reversed.

They're separate issues. Government shouldn't step in on a civil case of a business banning a customer for violating rules. The police used to do something about a man being in a women's locker room, which was probably just issuing a citation. But these days probably not. These days a man can be inside a women's locker room, then go out and buy narcotics on a street corner, and then shoplift, and the police won't or can't do anything about it.

That would require a law dictating to the private establishment about who can be in their locker rooms for a citation to be issued which would be the government stepping in.

Generally speaking, if you're the only person who has a problem with something, society isn't going to care and you'll have to learn to live with it or work around it. If you want to make a change, you have to build a movement.

Of course I'm far from being the only person by a long shot. And it's certainly not limited to Planet Fitness or the two customers in question. As you're saying here is an issue affecting society as a whole. And the movement in question wanting to make a change, is the one that wants men in women's locker rooms. Or moreover the movement that want's everyone to accept or believe that a man who's obviously a man, is really a woman if he says he is. Personally I find it rather bizarre that I can go into a woman's locker room and shower with them now, if I claim to identify as a woman or as nonbinary or whatever.

Up until recently I can't think of an establishment like Planet Fitness that would have allowed a man to be in a women's locker room. And I'm sure there are plenty of men who have fantasized about being able to do so, and now they can. And probably an anti discrimination law will be established that a business can't prohibit men from going into women's locker rooms. Even ladies only spas will have to by law let men in if they claim to identify as female or nonbinary or whatever.
