Been here and there on the CF!

I still haven't made time to check out every thing on CF, LOL!

1 Big container cottage cheese
1 Small package cool whip
1 Orange Jello
1 Large can mandarin oranges
1 Large can drained crushed pinapples

Mix together. YUMMM

And you can get your kids or grandkids to help make it too!

That sounds absolutely divine! Hubby & I learned a cool trick for when you cook poultry. Use an injector and fill it with your favorite herbs, spices, and butter or broth. We made our first turkey this past Thanksgiving and it was so juicy and tender that it literally fell off of the bone!

My son uses a brine baste the night before. He mixes Kosher salt and vegetable stock and a few poultry spices. Then he fills the bucket with lots of ice. He leaves it marinate overnight. It makes a huge difference with the bird.
