I was interested in this especially since Philly is the biggest major city near me as far as getting local tv channels on cable, going to the airport, long distance employment opportunities etc. goes (a 45 min drive).
Was interested that this guy was so young to get a major contract like this from the city! But also was impressed that the scandal is kind of minor compared to other things. People at the top of an organization usually get special perks and privileges. (The scandal is the guy "stole" some vaccines, maybe as many as 10 and gave them to his friends. This guy is only 22, and was somehow contracted to vaccinate a few millions people in the area even though he has no real experience in this kind of thing. He is just a young go getting entrepreneur college kid.)
